You did it , I really admire that smart aligned saw and now with plenty off wood to finish that house on the background too. Now only some rustoilieum to paint it
Got mto grease up all those new bearings and get everything else limbered up. Looks like it was sawing just fine. You did a fine job getting it running again and maybe a solar maintainer would help keep the tractor battery charged. I had to get one for my truck because I don't drive much. Wasn't but $20. CHEERS
Thanks again, Lewie! It's sawing fine. The logs are too long sitting here, so they have lots of tentsion in there sometimes. But sawmill is fine. The solar charger would be nice. Cheers, mate!
Hi we’re in the world are you I’m on a small holding in Lancashire I have old trucks tractors go to vintage shows every weekend in summer I’m semi retired at70 was a truck plant mechanic loved every day
The older machines were very good as they developed the amount of Manuel labor became less moving the big things around and more about moving the cut wood away with a new blade the machine cuts as fast as any modern machine with only one blade
From oversized logs, I cut off the slabs with bandsaw, and then I'm able to continue with this sawmill. I had dead trees, and it's hard to cut them in bandsawmill because of the tension in the log. Bandsaw will not follow the curve of the crooked log. This sawmill does
Love watching that old mill run and work!!!!
Thanks for watching! Cheers!
You did a great job fixing and repairing that sawmill, it works fine now 👍👍👍
Thanks! It's working 💪. Have to make some improvements next. Like separate motor instead of tractor.

Thank you! Works fine for homestead use.
Some nice work great to see thank you for the video. 😊👍

@paulshawp I'm in Estonia 🇪🇪 Thanks for watching!
Hi it look much like here how are you doing with the War on your doorstep sorry for affected people
Probably much better than people who are on the frontline. It's frustrating for sure. But I'm okay.
Super töö! Eesti projektid on samuti hindmatud - neid on liiga vähe! Loodan, et Sul on motivatioooni höid videosid edasi teha!
Motivatsiooni on. Aitäh!

What's the largest log you can run through that mill?
50cm is quite maximum.
@AFHProjects that's pretty good. My bandsaw mill allegedly will do 53cm but 50 is the biggest I seem to be able to squeeze through.

I had a 120 and I sold it and instantly regretted that decision
Yeah, even that crap that I repaired and rebuilt is working fine for home use and I can even make some material for neighbors also
Kuule kas sa pinnid ketast ka ?
Ei, ise ei pinni.

What kind of end result?
@@AFHProjects the finished lumber pile :)
@RedDFilm I'm sure it's seen in some of the milling videos. 🙂
