  • Example 10.1|| ENA 10.1(1) (Urdu/Hindi)(Alexander) || || Nodal Analysis
    Find current ix for the circuit of fig 10.1 using nodal analysis
    The basis of the nodal analysis is KCL. The circuit is first transformed into frequency domain and then KCL equation is written to fine node voltages.

    Why didn't you divide the ac volte from root 2, VM= 20 and Vrms=20/root 2 , I'm in a mesh with that , plz anwerrr❤

      I would recommend that you watch my chapter 9 videos, Sinusoidal to Phasor. We do not convert Vm to Vrms, because in the final answer we have to return to time domain. For which we just add cosine with the Vm or Im for example ix = 7.59 cos( 4t + ...)

    Sir what sign conventions have you taken for finding V2, how can we assume that which current will be inward current, and which current we will take as outward current?

      It really does not matter, as long as you write the voltage equation correctly. Please watch ua-cam.com/video/gIxd5LhpUsk/v-deo.htmlsi=JwWvcvRBRs1LpCwS

    How did you get rid of the j in node 2?

    • @ElectricalEngineeringAcademy
      @ElectricalEngineeringAcademy  4 місяці тому

      Please listen carefully at 6:20, where we have multiplied both sides by 10j ( generally the easiest way to solve fractions is to multiply both sides by the LCM)

      if u have doubt here, then ur basics may be weak. learn Nodal Analysis for dc circuit first from my videos. watch this ua-cam.com/video/6sR-wKsJgcQ/v-deo.html

    Sir can we do this by changing the cos to sin function?In this only angle is varying

    • @ElectricalEngineeringAcademy
      @ElectricalEngineeringAcademy  2 роки тому +1

      This is the easiest way to convert into phasor form. (Once one of my student solved a sin input question without converting into cosine, and got the correct answer. I had to give her full marks).

    Why did multiply by j10

    • @ElectricalEngineeringAcademy
      @ElectricalEngineeringAcademy  Рік тому

      It is easier to simplify, when we multiply both sides by the LCM. You can do it which ever way you like.
