Between you, Angelo D, and a few others I listen in my day to day life, I keep finding more and more luxurious moments to just be smiling , laughing and falling backwards from identification. Not had an "Awakening" or anything. But just listening to you lot seems to be chipping away at parts of my noggin. little by little. Loving the process! Peace
Thank you for the videos- they take me back home each time🙏 so when you’re in separation, you’re literally straining forward and leaning into an unnatural posture and creating stress. When you mentioned that we start from being and not the mind, I remembered hearing David Bingham say in one of his earlier videos, that gave me an ‘aha’ moment- he said something to the effect that everything registers in consciousness first and there was confusion about this as people mistakenly thought it registered in the mind. So the primary position is-you’re always resting as the effortless being and have the option of choosing separation, which is having just an experience without anybody in it there. The ‘I’ is an illusion OMG- that’s really giving me goosebumps as the video is so aptly titled. We are always doing the reverse- trying to move from the illusion to the truth thus solidifying the ‘I’ position when it should be the other way around- beginning from the truth first and then have the choice of the illusion. This video really did it for me.
‘It’s just this’ is really funny as it’s simultaneously the vaguest and most precise pointer. ‘The world isn’t given to you twice’ is another good way I’ve heard it put. Nice video 🙂
Brilliant Collette! Good pointer. Especially at the end where you said that these are gifts showing you separation. Powerful. Over the weekend I went through separation of suffering. Not always easy to see it in the moment. ❤
Wonderful, Collette! In every dream we make the same mistake: we identify with the person and regard the rest as other(s). Each time it takes awakening to (be able to) realize our mistake: we were the whole dream, all of it. Actually we are consciousness in which all dreams appear, including the dream called life. All suffering (resistance to 'what is') requires identifying with the (seemingly separate) person. As in any dream. And I agree with you: suffering is a wake up call ('wrong perspective!'). We are consciousness, sheer perfection. Only consciousness did not (and will not) change during our entire life. Everything appearing in it did and will.
Thank you Collette for another wonderfully direct, clear and graceful expression of being. Not sure if you are into poetry and prose, but when I recently revisited Wordsworth's Tintern Abbey, I couldn't help wonder if he was describing this very reality? Oneness with nature and a shared life-force of joy and beauty. A thoroughly delightful read! Blessings and heartfelt thanks ❤️

There's progress seeing through the I. Habitual thoughts, I guess will take time to dissipate. Finding long-sought after peace. Forever grateful ❤
Christy, come back and post your new channel here in the comments! Would be fun to watch😁

There is suffering but no one’s suffering
Does it mean that awareness exsperience separateness ?

Pretty good & accurate. maybe the first woman in the world who got it?
The "I am" is the real one. The ego is the illusory one.
Spiritual bypassing doesn't help.
