63g (5 tbsp.) Sugar
5g (1 tsp.) Lemon juice
2 (large) Eggs
25g (1 tbsp.) Corn starch
80g (2.8 oz.) Heavy cream
1 sheet Puff pastry
150g (5.3 oz.) Digestive biscuits
136g (4.8 oz.) Yellow peach
Preheat the oven to 150 ℃ (302 ℉) and bake for 30 minutes
Then adjust to 200℃ (392℉) and bake for 3 minutes
