We’re building a portfolio with the goal to retire, or supplement a retirement, through dividends instead of slowly cashing out the portfolio.
If we target dividends, and not the traditional 2% dividends - I’m talking 9%+ dividends, we can keep our principal funds invested and earn dividends while we either reinvest the dividends or cash out the dividends.
