‘On My Own’ from Les Misérables

Well…usually I’m not so bold with my belting choices, and you will have to excuse the fact that I’m still recovering from a cold but I knew I had to do a song from Les Misérables sooner or later! 🤷‍♂️ So here is ‘On My Own’, with music by Claude-Michel Schönberg and lyrics by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel. I gender-bent the lyrics on this one, and usually I prefer not to alter them but hey, there’s a first time for everything! It’s an absolute classic and I think I might do a few more from Les Mis…we shall see. 😏 If you’re reading this you’ve probably already caught on but this is my first time lip-syncing to a pre-recorded track, was just trialing this out but let me know what you think!
