I BOUGHT A DIRT CHEAP L322 RANGE ROVER SIGHT UNSEEN

I won this car in an Ebay auction recently for £2500 "an absolute steal" for a 2011 facelift model, these typically start at the £8000 with lower milage examples priced double, this is a lot of car. After running the car again today, I am doubtful this can be saved as there is a bad knocking sound (right at end of video) and the car does not raise the suspension on the left of the car.
What will I end up doing with this cheap as chips Range Rover?
Is it financial ruin?

Excited to see what you'll do with this. I think I would've picked a RR Classic with 200/300tdi or BMW engined TD6 or P38 M51 to avoid headaches 😅

Well unless you paid less than £1250 you aint got the cheapest V8. That’s what Matt at High Peak Autos paid for his a couple of days ago.

Matt's is a 2002 this 4.4 TDV8 is a 2011. The TDV8 became availabe as a 3.6 in 2007, with this 4.4 ford engine that features in the 2013-2023 L405 so yes they are cheaper if older, try to find a 2011 4.4 TDV8 l322 at this price please?
