thank u❤
Why is it so hard to be still? Thank you
There can be many reasons. I'll see if I can put together a video addressing this, since there may be a lot to cover. But in the meantime, I would suggest seeing if you can just relax with the feeling of restlessness. Sometimes if we just sit with that feeling for a while, it will settle on it's own. After all, restlessness means to be without rest. And so, rest is usually what is needed.
But it's also worth exploring your restlessness to see what is there, or what is causing the agitation. It could be any number of things. And depending on what it is, it may need to be addressed outside or apart from the practice.
Also keep in mind that this is a practice, which means it takes a bit of time, repetition and consistency to get accustomed to it, and one thing that most people are not accustomed to is sitting still with nothing to do.
@@AwakenInsightfor me it's being consistent that I have to continue to work on I do good listening and applying this along with buddist and stoic principals then I become stagnant and fall back into bad habits and bad thought patterns gotta keep going though i know i can do it
I know you can too. Just remember: “Have patience with all things, but first of all with yourself.” (Francis de Sales)
