well I upload music for my playlist and I like to keep that playlist very VERY clean (just look at it and u will know what I mean) so having an unlisted video would make my ocd go crAzY. knowing that 1 video is unlike the others would kill me lol. plus UA-cam added this garbage feature that hides unlisted and deleted vids from a playlist so I'd have to click a button every time I open the playlist. ;-;
