This was my 3rd time seeing whitechapel over the last 15 years and I have to say this was probably their best performance of the 3. This may be Phil Bozeman in his prime. He was on point tonight and his range was perfect even for the classic songs he played during the encore. Was glad I was upfront for this.

Their best song off the best album. Can't change my mind.
personally i like alone in the morgue much more, but i dont think they ever played that one live except in like 2006 haha
@@TheMrWhitechapeli enjoyed fairy fay and ear to ear more but i can’t deny that alone in the morgue is easily one of better of the album
first 2 albums were the best ones.
God damn, dotn know why he just decided to bring back the lows but im with it
3rd time seeing them and Phil just keeps getting better imo
@FloridaHardcore813 bro is a monster for his size 🤘🏻
Choking and dry heaving 👌
Sheeesh the dry heaving part😤😤
Still their best material, cant get away with the new style
9th album is going back to their roots according to phil
Seeing them live this thursday, hopefully they play some of their old shit like PFA too
They’ve played it the last 3 times I’ve seen them in 2 years. Unless their set is 30 minutes there’s a very high chance. Have fun and enjoy the show!
@@FloridaHardcore813 Just came back from the show, they played some classic ones indeed, - End of Flesh/Prostatic Fluid Asphyxiation/Possession. Uploaded to yt too, man they sound amazing live and Phil is just a monster.
@@dutchriot love to hear that 💪🏼
Was there Saturday watching them, song went hard in the pit😂
The set was sick! see you at the next one
One of the best metal vocalists imo! Great camera quality btw! What are you using to record?
I agree! Phil is a legend, 20 years in the game and he still sounds like a beast. Believe it or not I used my iphone 12 pro. My DSLR broke so I'm saving for a new one.
@@FloridaHardcore813 Oh nice! The iPhone is not bad at all!
@@Jens_Roadster it’s great considering the cost/value in comparison to a standalone camera with the same specs
@@FloridaHardcore813 Yeah, i thought it was also like a 14 Pro Max or S23 Ultra.
@@Jens_Roadster The sound quality impresses me the most. I was directly in front of the speaker for this set. I was worried it was going to be unusable from distortion.
3:48 man Phil is disgusting when he wants to be...
Absolut no disrespect to Phil. He's a beast
But i really don't get why so many people still say that he's one of the top deathcore vocalists
Yes he's damn good, yes he's one of the first but he's far behind people like Alex terrible, Devin Duarte, Dickie allen, will Ramos, Kyle Anderson, Dave simonich, Ben duerr or CJ mccreery (and I'm not even a fan of half of those guys mentioned, so no, I'm not simping)
Phil came from an era where there wasn’t much diversity in vocal styles. At the time he was a pioneer for doing it with proper technique which is why he survived that era and is still going 20 years later unlike most bands from that time. Modern era for this genre has way more technical styles to vocals that weren’t around for the era that Phil dominated.
@@FloridaHardcore813 i know i know. That's why I said "i know that he's an og", so is Lars Ulrich. But just because Lars Ulrich is doing music for 50 years doesn't mean he's one of the best drummers 😅 as i said, Phil is damn good but far from top notch. vocal style is almost purely personal preference but you simply can't compare him to guys like will Ramos or Dickie allen. They are far more technical, have a bigger range, more versatility, constantly bring new stuff into the game and so on
Phil's lows are nasty, rest is good. Will Ramos nails everything from throat singing, over cleans to nasty lows. Dickie .... Don't even start about him, we all know what he's capable of
@@JREinaNutshell331 I was agreeing with you. I was just explaining why Phil is held to that regard still. He was the king of that era. I mentioned the 20 years cause that’s a legacy not that it makes him the best. Dickie, Will and them are the gods of this modern era for sure.
@@FloridaHardcore813 oh ok, misunderstood
Combination of being drunk af and not a native English speaker haha
Have a good one and keep posting those gnarly live vids, also saw your amongst the low & empty from SOTS. That was dope af
@@JREinaNutshell331 no hard feelings ever, my friend! Enjoy the vibe. About to film Morbid Angel 🙌🏼
Hey, Phil... we'd probably be able to hear you better if you'd just HOLD THE MIC RIGHT! It's 2024 and we still can't hold a microphone correctly? Cmon, now.
3 guitarist and john gallagher alone blows them all away
LMAO
