My Everest Base Camp Experience (PART 1)

As I'm watching the Netflix documentary 'Mountain Queen: The Summits of Lhakpa Sherpa' , all memories of my Everest Base Camp expedition came back vividly.
It was November 2018 - when I was going through my biggest breakdown and the start of a total existential crisis. At the time I was still very harsh on myself and making my physical body endure a lot of hardship...Today looking back at the same photos and videos.... with so much more self- compassion, appreciation and gratitude...for myself.
This is just a collection of random videos on the way, which I've always kept privately, and on some day when the world feels a little too much...I would pause and come back to the mountains.
P/S: I got really sick the last 4 days on the trek back after summit, so I didn't take any videos of these days... I thought I was going to die, as I had no prior training and refused to take any altitude pills because I wanted to acclimatise naturally.
I hope we all remember how strong we are.
