There was a rise in crack usage on the Northside as the quality of heroin has deteriorated to the extent that users would prefer to buy the crack as the heroin was weak.

hi i think alot of these modern drugs are pure chemicals as opposed to plant based which i presume are cheaper to produce, i don't think it's about whats fashionable, people don't seem to have a choice anymore
