It's actually not illegal to draw on money in quite a few countries.
As long as you are not ripping it, burning it etc It's not illegal.
In the US, you can still spend it as it is still usable currency. In one of the northern EU countries there's a law that states you can't sell it for more than it's worth. But can under certain circumstances. It's an odd law to say the least.

That fire was made by farmers and they do it every year and around this time so its basically tradition

the fires are slash and burn so they add nutrients back into the land. the fires themselves are fine its just the fact that they burnt out of control and too much burnt down. It will come back you just have to let nature do its thing.

@@joeyuri9524 they are real and not even that rare, we just dont use them much anymore because they are kinda useless so we also dont print them anymore. All the ones that are around are very old. I have a few but I never use them. Kinda like golden dollors here, we dont use them much but they still exist

It's only illegal if you sell it for more than it's original worth or try using it in a transaction to purchase something. If its left as an art piece then it's not illegal. United States Department of Treasury and Secret Service policy. So selling it online is very illegal.
