My idea for CSM part 3 (if there ends up being one) would be Denji and crew dealing with the consequences of a world where death is no longer possible. Fujimoto has already covered topics like immortality and the problems that come with it in Fire Punch before as well.

My introduction to chainsaw man was the Makima killing power chapter. It was so hype online that I had to start reading the series. Only people who aren't following (or suck at reading comprehension) this story are the only ones I hear talking smack. This story hits too hard.

sorry to tell ya but that head was probably not fake. Considering how they were going to dismember Denji I wouldn't be surprised if Nayuta got the same treatment, and if she did get the same treatment, Denji eating her would not have been out of the picture.

My theory on how chainsaw man ends. Denji kills the death devil and erases death from existence making everyone immortal. Then people start to fear life making the life devil the most powerful devil. Denji then kills the life devil, kill all life in the world.

If we are on the end game, Nayuta dying would make sense as it would mirror Power dying, making Denji lose a "sister" again. I do like the mole theory and we had makima pull a fake death while on the train but the author does have a history of getting rid of the cast, except the MC and maybe the love interest (ala fire punch)

Now i havent cought up eith the manga yet but i struggle to picture pochita be easily pointed like an actual weapon, like isnt he kinda intelligent? Like didnt he pick and choose which devil to kill, which devil to consume back in his hayday as the hero of hell.

If Nayuta really dead, then we get a new control devil character which Denji won't care about at all, and he/she will be an enemy that caused problem and get killed by Denji or Asa. Feel like an unnecessary plot for the series moving forward. We just keep getting an evil control devil once a while then it gets killed and cycle repeats again. I highly doubt Fujimoto will do this. This is facts man.

nah Nayuta dying would be worse because it shits all over Aki and Power's deaths. Their deaths are what lead to denji getting Nayuta the redemption of the control devil being the only good thing that came out of all the suffering of part 1. It also makes Pochita and Kishibe look like trash if they did nothing to stop this after they put all the responsibility on denji.

Since one of the criteria of making Denji turn into Black Chainsawman is by making him unhappy, maybe there could be a silver lining that could either break Denji or help him resist against Barems plan. It sounds really weird, but what if Denji decides that the experience he had in the alleyway with Asa was a good one? Of course hes still debating if it was good for him or not, but this is the only piece of "happiness" that Denji can salvage to prevent him from turning into Black Chainsawman. One of his goals is still to get some action with a girl, but whether he concludes he disliked it or not will turn him into Black Chainsawman or not. It might also be important that only Denji and Asa/Yoru knew what happened(from what we know), so no one else can manipulate his point of view. Even so, Nayutas death will obviously have a great impact on Denji, that i dont know if this theory will help him or not.
Also, i believe that Nayuta is NOT dead. I think that Nayutas head is a fake one, Fami is definitely involved in that.

My thoughts as an outsider only learning about CSM through Nick's videos: Why would seeing Naota's head turn Denji into the CSD and go after the Death Devil? He'd be way, way more likely to go after Famine and Flamethrower instead, because they were the ones who killed her.
Now, your point about the mole. This is not Naota's head. I bet they'll pull a "see, this is what the fear of death feels like! Don't you want to kill the Death Devil now?" and reveal a still living Naota. Just like Makima they are preparing Denji for maximum despair to achieve their goal.

i realized that Nayuta could’ve been dead when Yoru remembered she kissed Denji, because that was what happened to the Weapon Hybrids and Makima, I was already dreading the reveal for like 3 weeks before it even happened
