This Is Backbone’s Dad. Just so we’re clear Y’all 😂😂
😂
The Backbone Family have more streamers than the 442nd
Roger that, Sarge. 🙂
The lore is deep
Bruh 😂 omg this shit funny af 😂😂😂
That ending got me
LOL
Same plug!! 😂
😂😂 Big black and I mean blackity black! 😂😂
Dayum, Backbone started as DI in '63 and still smokin' 'em in the '90s. Brother is a Klingon, go get 'em!!
You got it backwards. He actually started in the '90's, then he time-traveled back to the '60's so that he could bring them the Fastex pistol belt technology from the future.
@@MarcillaSmith 😆
Not a lot of people know this but the US Military was actually Desegregated before Vietnam era. In fact it was desegregated even before WW1! It was Woodrow Wilson who RE-segregated it and FDR continued that notion.
Makes sense. Woodrow was a democrat. They really never got over losing their "assets" eons later huh
@@villaniousmustache4898 Yep they formed the confederacy, wrote the Jim Crow laws, the Dred Scott decision, Plessy v. Ferguson, Poll literacy tests, Wrote and passed through Congress the Indian Removal Act, The TrailTears (carried out by Andrew Jackson and Martin Van Buren both (D) presidents and a whole host of other systemic racist stuff people don't seem to acknowledge because they were not taught that. If you took the time to study up on this stuff you'd never vote D again. You'd find that 9.5 times out of 10, when they accuse somebody of racism, they are the ones actually doing it or have done it. And no, I'm not an (R) and yes, I'm a black man. Not trying to get political, but those things I mentioned are facts.
Just cause it was desegregated doesn't mean it still wasn't racist AF
@@Tadicuslegion78let them know. Still is in 2024 too. Just got the Corps 2 months ago.
They were desegregated before the Korean War. Some Chosin Reservoir vets said most of them were fine with it and it made sense to them.
Could've been his skin color, had to be sir!
Love your work man! I heard about 3 slips
😂😂😂😂😂😂
And that's how command finds free grenades under their cots in the field.
But how many were rigged to pop if someone so much as blinked in that general direction? Not enough, I'd bet. 😈
Yes the origins of Backbone! 🥳🥳 We gon need a movie lol Start writing that script 😭
We Working. This is his Dad
@@yushathomas This is going to be legendary!
We don't need more racist bullcrap misrepresenting reality.
Later he transferred out of that unit and became a rather (in)famous Drill Sergeant
*HALF RIGHT....*
Yesir the legend is back 💪🏽
And it's also black.
YESSSIRRRR
glad he's putting out new content. YT has been one of my fav vet channels for years now!
Glad Yusha is back!
He's Back, Thank Ya!!! ❤️❤️❤️
it be your own leadership....
We needed you back Brother. Fun back to our formation.
I finally understand, these videos got that Boondocks energy.
My man almost let his intrusive thoughts win @ 1:10 😂😂😭
And that was also back when the drills would put their hands on you too. They weren't soft back then. Imagine if you were drafted in the Army back then and your drill was built like that? You'd do what you were told to the letter.
They did this too on rare occasions in the 80s. But you still got cussed out and got nicknames. I was known as PVT Sports fan in Basic cause I showed up with a Phillies baseball cap and loved sports. My battle buddy was PVT Bonehead. We had a dude in our Platoon known as PVT Mohawk b/c he showed up to basic with a Mohawk hair style. He was from Los Angeles. Army Basic 1988 good times.
@@aesonmoritz2100 I was in during that era having gone thru basic and AIT in 87.
Dropped on 9/11 - never forget and thanks for adding some humor to the day.
“Yeah, probably so”.
So true.
So true da hell
Welcome back bro and thanks for the laughs

The O'Jays "For the Love of Money" is a certified jam.
I'd walk right up to that milkshake counter, slap a nickel or whatever down, and get you whatever flavor you'd want, Sgt.
I'd sit-in protest with Sarge anyday.
We love you yusha
Too easy!!! HALF RIGHT🫡
Daddy Backbone had to deal with some BS, no wonder why his son grew up to be such a Hardass!
Happy Monday 😂😂 Stay Classy 😂
I love your content 😂

Sounds just like pops told me, But he still enjoyed the Army after Nam
I would be standing at attention the moment I saw him if my sergeant had arms that big. 😅

For context I overhead my command talking about me after they heard about my asfab score - which they insisted I tell them.
At least one video not taking a stab at the navy. 😊

instantly talking shit soon as you leave 😂
Please make a movie! Im sure we all wouldn’t mind contributing some donations to make this happen.
The music was off for 1963. 1963 was still the 1950s. Doowop and rock n roll were the main stream.

Chicken nuggets?!?!😂😂
But but SARG!!!
Sgt. Backbone was bad to the bone!
Vietnam era? Some units still act like this today.... All them black jokes and and we suppose to just eat it and give that fake smile
Lol, did he say he would name his kid Dahmer?
Man you gotta tell us some nam stories some time old head
I know this was a issue years ago, less so now.
Looking abit like fidel, where were cubans fighting in the 70s???
That Backbone is a bad mother
SHUT YO MOUTH!
But I'm talk'n bout Backbone
WE CAN DIG IT
Does us Army allow beards?
If you have a shaving profile for if your skin is too sensitive, which seems more common with black males. Also for some religious reasons.
🤣 Gotdamn.
He's back😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Looool
The guy doing the white guys voice doesn't sound white at all lol. Funny skit though.
Too eazy!
