What I liked about this story(One of many things) was 4:27 , which proved that Thor does NOT need Mjolnir to bring on the "Thunder/Lightning" as Thor did not have Mjolnir there.
Even during a h2h fight with Hercules he used thunder to win
This is just another reason why I ask how was Thor unworthy of his hammer in original sin? I'm pretty sure killing the killer of almost every god would make him the most worthy.
Simply killing someone, good or bad, wouldn't make Thor worthy
And being a woman, who refuses the sanest way to get back to full health makes Jane Foster worthy?
insane2201There are probalbly other reasons, but just because he killed someone doesnt make him worthy. It makes him a murderer or a warrior (Depends on your POV)
H. John So stopping the destruction of all skyfathers does not make him worthy? What bull crap. The skyfathers/gods were shown to bring and control resources for the planets. Without them the planets dry up and slowly die. Therefor Odinson saved planets from even more pointless destruction and death. All because one person had a hard on for killing gods.
U dont seem to understand that something MADE HIM unworthy. He WAS worthy, now hes not. Simple.
Another great video as always. We need more complete stories like this along with the sound fx. This is easily my favorite comic channel on youtube even if you don't cover everything I still love it.

This is one of the best Marvel stories in a long time. Thor has been consistently good the last few years.
Hi guys from Comic Island. I remember reading this entire story arc when many people were telling me how great it was. I absolutely fell in love with Gorr and his story. I mean Gorr was a character designed to be powerful enough to kill skyfathers. That is insane, it immediately solidified him as an elite Trans-tier character. Also I always thought Thor was cool and I always respected him. But this story arc solidified me becoming a fan. Especially the epic ending where he was the only hope and even future King Thor needed our Thor to finish the job. But this story arcs climax was a beautiful work of art. Where Thor absorbed Gorr's black necro weapon and wielded two mjolnirs. Again this story alone made me into a Thor fan and believer. Great job covering this guys, keep up the great work.

great job telling the story. It seems that marvel comics has really changed over the years. The marvel of the 60-90s was defferent from now. I did not realise that Marvel had heroes who were over powered as well.

Thor is the best cause he is vulnerable.He uses his strategy and tactics of war and heart to over come in big battles.He like a smart Rocky except he is a god.I like how he loses sometimes because without that the point.The story lines these writers come up with are amazing.I enjoyed how the Thor came together.It was awesome.I like the different world's Thor had to investigate to find the butcher.Then to not have wait and buy every comic to wait in suspense was a treat.Back in the day that was torture to have to wait for the next comic to come out.Thanks dude your the coolest.For Asgard my brother!!!!.

I got a boner when I turned the page & saw Thor duel wielding. It was epic as fuck.
An epic that transcends all times, the culminations of despair and hopelessness that demands the resolve, the selflessness, and certainly the absolute idealistic *All-Mighty Thor* of past, future, and present to combat the God Butcher. The possibilities of success are all but gone until the arrogance and perversion of the God Butcher pushes his own son into fighting his malevolence. Nice story and nicely read.

I listened to some of them today ansd it's really a fascinating experience.
Thje only minor gripe i have is a pmatter of persomnal choice though.
Should you ever have access to a trained narrator, i personally would prefer a male bariton voice or a female alto instead.

Thor and Odinson storylines are epic. I’m trying to come to terms with Thor’s death. and even though mjlonir is in the future Odinson reaction to his hammer going into the son was damn near heartbreaking.

great story, but with one weak point! king thor showed he has the power to send the other thors back to their time, he could of gone back to the time of this god killer, and gave what he wanted to save his family, Rain and all this would not of happened.
dragdragon23 Except that King Thor didn't know the origins of Gorr. Also he was probably too weak and wounded to have enough power to travel back in time.
