#1 is nice for you it fits you does the apartments come with mirrors on the closet doors and sliding doors to the closets Beautiful Apartments make me want to move to Houston .
I Like the first 2 bedroom it has an open floor plan. The finishes, the closet have your mirrors and it looks bigger. The desk will be saving you money.
Nice Apt 👌 😎 I tried apt living but at both places i was living at they would put notice on the doors like every 3months they was needing access to the apt usually while most residents would be at work...maintenance would come by or fire inspection ppl...and i cant stand having someone in my living quarters if im not there to supervise what they are doing...i mean whos watching them when they let themselves in 😂 weirdos be snooping through ur draws 😮...

I would do the 1bdr if u planning on moving to a condo soon anyway but the 2nd apt was a better layout and better views but the 1st apt had much more room/storage space for me&u so idk. :)
It's the upgraded finishes for me. I actually love #2 too because of the pool and trees and how the dining area and kitchen have their own distinct spaces. I wish the finishes were in the 2nd apartment. But if I had to choose it would be the 1st apartment. If I'm going to move all my ish it has to be perfect. 1st apartment imo is a real upgrade.

What it do P, I enjoyed the new apartment's viewing. I personally like the 2nd two bedroom option because of the color cabinets and wood floors. I also like the one bedroom but I would prefer wood floors all over carpets in the bedroom is fine.

I loved that high-rise. Nice looking apartment. I wished they had non white cabinets since I always have to keep cleaning them, those water fixures are beautiful. Wished they had stainless steel or black washer/dryer. Love those. I'm sure you would enjoy that fireplace with some wine and good food.
I think apartment #1 would be best. Only thing about the pool view apartment is the noise may be a hindrance when you film your content. Best of luck choosing on highrise or upgrade.
The first 2 bedroom is the one. I like the layout better, the black lights and the black faucets. It's nice and bright in there, too. Dang Houston prices are way better than Tampa prices. lol I pay 1520.00 for a 1 bedroom 😩. Good luck 🙏

#2 is nice, I love the way the kitchen is off by itself with dark cabinets. The dining room isn’t directly in the living room, I love that. Also the bathroom isn’t right next to the kitchen. The view is a deal breaker! It doesn’t have the built in desk or black finishes, but it’s still nice. Plus the wash room was a little more spacious. #1 would be my 2nd option, it’s nice af with the black finishes. It has a built in desk. I just don’t like the white cabinets & how close the kitchen is to the bathroom. The kitchen is more spacious though so that’s another plus. Also the mirrors!! If they had the 2nd layout & view with the 1st finishes, built in desk, & space put together it would’ve been perfect!
I like the kitchen in apartment #2. That seperate island was really nice with the dark cabinets! But dark finishings are much nicer
