      Absolutely scientists tell only about side effects that alcohol has on body and mind but dont mention about our spirituality and its probably one of worst things that we can consume because it stifles our emotions and stupefy us by turning off some spheres in our brain, what is the point od drinking if we can be intoxicated naturally and yet fully aware haha

    When you seek higher spiritual truths you will bit by bit avoid alcohol,drugs,meat eating,negative thinking.

    Hangovers are big incentive not to drink. Im beginning to use this incentive to avoid another type of hangover. I call it an anger hangover. It's this horrible feeling like your drained of good energy after loosing your temper. It's like a hangover from bad emotions. I'm going to start remembering that as an incentive to maintain calm and centered emotions.

I can literally control the level of bliss within me, and since going through the Inner Engineering Program, I have experienced a single unpleasant moment within myself, I'm always blissed out no matter what, u just have to do the learnt practices with commitment and as a devotional offering not as in exercise, if u do as an exercise you'll only get health benefits

    I'm attending the inner engineering course next month near my home town. Before my Sadahguru one had to go to India or some other place to find a Guru that would impart this knowledge over years of study, Sadahguru gives this knowledge over a three-day course and we take this knowledge home and practice until we arrive at our potential. I have overcome some of the most addictive things on this planet including alcohol ( which was nothing compared to other substances ). To this day I'm not sure why I had to go through so much suffering, trying to kill myself with these addictions, but no! I worked through them with help from those who understood and I'll be forever thankful to them. Today at the end of this reincarnation all I seek is the love and knowledge of my Sadahguru, I must admit that my ego is scared as shit of him for it knows that it will soon die. Some divine guide has been preparing me for years for this Union, my heart is singing praises of Joy. Last night for the first time in this lifetime I meditated to Sadahguru's voice and I was at the top of the mountain and could feel the cold air as I breathed through my nostrils, it was an amazing experience and I can't wait till then ~ namaste ...

    • @Mindless238
      @Mindless238 5 років тому +2

      Alcohol does not necessarily take away reality. It does give you this primitive/impulsive way of thinking "Fight or Flight" + it's releases dopamine, which can reduce anxiety & is benefitial in many Western meetings where we are taught to fear/judge one another. But it can turn out bad for you and you can become narrow minded when intoxicated enough and actually start spreading negative energy (bullshit).
      Western society puts alot of pressure onto people their backs. They lack of accepting "new things that are weird for them". When you watch the news for example it's mostly about negative things. Divide & Conquer is their moto. The rich people want the poor to fear so that the poor people live in full submission and start drinking even more.
      I think this is a part of the reality why people drink and do drugs (it's socialy accepted). But believe me I think reality is just an illusion if you drink or not. It's just that some people are more delusional then others untill proven.
      Keep all other people stupid and you will be smart and be able to imprent your reality in their mind. :l
      All of the above could be wrong. But this is my reality for now.

      Enlightenment is akin to being drunk. Ideally, we can still reach that state of bliss without the usage of intoxicants. But those treading the Left Hand Path, they use what is forbidden by many as a way to that Bliss. Either way, there is no difference. Alcohol and wine are just the external essence of Bliss, which has a double sword if you do not have the preliminary control and discipline over yourself. But who likes control? Control is rigid; we are water, fluid. We are all crazy poets!🍷🕉

      Some say that having an intention... Sets the experience... Depends on what you are trying to treat with the substance. Remember treating an issue, does not fix the underlying issue. And if you can understand that... And be one with it. You will not attach your being to the substance... But for sure substances can create issues with holding onto our deeper problems.

    What I have found, the majority of the time, the life circumstances and state of a person when they begin to consume alcohol or drugs, can often impact them more extremely as the substance fully takes root. I have seen both good and bad. I would not say alcohol is bad, but like many things, excess of things is not good. BUt a little bit? It can be healing, it can lower blood pressure, cleanse the blood, help to breka certain things down. But their are substitutes at various stages of life, which is why cultures now try not to allow alcohol for those under certain ages, because, even in small amounts, up till a certain age, the substance can prevent the full genetic development of a person. And in many cultures, people have their first drink or use of a substance other than that at a fairly young, rpe teen or teen age. That has just been the state of human thinking and our cultures for thousands of years. We are young, yolo( you only live once) so grabe the bull by the hors, take the reigns, etc. ALl things are as they are fated to be, as far as much of the physical goes. But even in our minds, which are htinking, only partly physical things, can we surpass fate. When we dream fully, when we see beyond time and space, that is the expression of a higher level of consciousness, from the 4th dimension, where fate is not so all consuming. Sometimes, the most we can do, is simply live as best as possible, not knowing whethere its because of fate or free will. But if we can learn to forgive our selves and other things in life, at least we can partially begin to free ourselves from a huge weight which holds us back from true growth and fulfillment. At times, alcohol can do this, because it is legal almost anywhere, and even present in primitive cultures. Fun is fun, unto a point. lol And even the very wise cannot foresee all ends, or they would not be wise men and women, they would be soothesayers or seers, and the number of people that can do that has sadly dwindled. C'est la vie.
