Richardson stormed to a victory clocking 10.94 in the heat 1 of women's 100m round 1. @@RobertaWilliams-sz3ht ok and? Alfred improved. She’s worked her ass off especially in 60m races. That’s something Sha’Carri should work on as her starts are inconsistent - she can’t keep relying on her speed to make up for poor starts. That was her downfall

They've all worked their butt off, and as much as Alfred lost ( even Steiner beat her a few months back). She can't call anyone inconstant! Shicarri is much More consistent than most of them..
