    I have a trampoline too, I was always too afraid to use it. I'll try it now!

    Good to see you ease back on running. Running has never been for me. Too damaging for my joints. Swimming or cycling machine for me. We go to Trampoline Centre with kids as well. There's quite a few Trampoline Centres these days. Huge places full of small and larger trampolines. Tires us out. Not that expensive either, well not for the 2 hour toddler parent slot which is about £5 all in. You do need to have special socks.

    Thank goodness you realized this, I was cringing when you said you were running. I also am (was) athletic and have hip OA
