Unlike Rammstein themselves I think your tone in this video is better, classic Rectifier. The tone of the band was always very aggressive, fizzy, thin and bright. Yours is smoother and thicker in the low end.

I didn't compare but I had another amp with Mesa STR 440.
For me its the same tube with another label.
Couldn't compare because my amp is modded hot.

What impulse or cab you are using in this track? And how can i possibly gets close to this sound in VST rectifier plugins?
It‘s a real cab with a vintage 30 speaker.
Miced with a gefell mt71 and a Tab funkenwerk Sm57.
I‘m working on some presets for the tonex Plugin (free plugin) with this amp.

It’s directly into the amp. Pure Rectifier.

Why did you swap the transformers???
I didn't. I bought this amp from RZK Rammstein and he did mod his amps with mercury transformers.
Which cabinet do you use with this amp?
Hi RockTv. Nice and important question.
For this demo I used a Grossmann SG with a 2006 Celestion V30
But if we are speaking about the tone Steh auf I tested over 20 V30 speakers.
My main speaker is a 1999 V30 second a Marshall Vintage 30 1988 both in a 4x12 (old didn‘t know which brand)
