I love scrappy Saturday’s with my friend Gayle. You are such a delight and inspiration. Hugs, Amy💕
Thank you, dear friend! You know I feel the same about you! Love you, friend! ❤️
Before I even watch I want to thank you for editing out the ads. I was trying to watch a couple other ppl and the ads drove me crazy. Im sure its an effort but I so appreciate it.
Thanks, Renie, I appreciate the acknowledgement! 😘❤️
Same here. If they have 2 ads, I change videos. I also change channels if the ads are not in the correct language that you can set.
Yes, it’s very nice that Gayle edits them out, however, I don’t mind a few, one at the beginning is fine, a couple of quick ones in the middle, and one at the end would be fine with me and gives Gayle a little revenue.
Thanks for the information.. I didn't know anything about the possibilities of removing the commercials. Thank you so very much Gayle!
Hi Gayle! Great video and great Snippet Rolls! Loved all 3 types and techniques...the lace, ribbons, & fabric scraps all look awesome! So much fun! Thanks for taking us along for all of the fun! TFS
Happy Creating! Samantha
Good Morning Gayle!
All three are fabulous and they come together so quickly awesome way to have embellishment pieces on the ready. Thanks for the video and sharing your process, hope you have a beautiful week. Take care!

Oh Gayle! I just the Nic the book smith example. So simple, yet do many possibilities. Also the lace snippet was beautiful! Thanks for the tutorial.
Hi Gayle. These are just lovely. Love the beautiful tiny floral designs on the pastel coloured fabric. I like the idea of having a lacey base layer.
Hi Gayle, I am not great with the sewing machine but you have inspired me to have a go, these look so much fun.
TFS really appreciate all you gals show in utube land. Being in Australia I usually watch scrappy Saturday having my cuppa before starting my Sundays. Have to find some time today to make some snippets. Loved them all.
Gorgeous snippets, Gayle !! Tfs, 💐🐌💐
TYFS these snippet ideas...now I have some great ways to use a bag of fabric scraps a friend saved for me!! 😊💖✂️

Wow...these are lovely. I can’t wait to try it out. Well done once again!
Hi Gayle! Thank you as always for a lovely video. We are moving into Autumn in Johannesburg, so I am starting to collect and dry autumn flowers and leaves. We have had so much rain in SA, most of our catchment dams are overflowing. We even had a river near Kuruman (pronounced Coo roo mun) flow for the 1st time in 40 years!! This was due to a tropical storm over Mozambique. Have an awesome day!
Great job on all of your snippets, so pretty! I need to make some more fabric and paper snippet rolls I used all of mine up! So fun! Thanks for more creative inspiration! Hugs! 🤗💖🤗
Sooooo Stunning!!! Love your style. I sat here and watched two of your videos before I commented on either one. LOL I find when it's on the big screen it's hard to stop to comment. 🥰🐞😘
Happy scrappy Saturday! Your snippets are so pretty. You could never have enough snippets. Thanks for sharing 😍🌴
Three great methods! Can't wait to try them all!
So fun Gayle! I love the colours of the second one...so spring-like....and I'm ready for spring!!
Thanks for sharing! xo
It was fun to watch the snippet comparison! I love making snippets! The Nik the Booksmith one was new to me. It was even more enjoyable without the ads. Thanks so much! Stay safe. 😃😃
Well, now I have a project for Sunday afternoon with some of my Tim Holtz fabrics....thank you.
Hi 🙋♀️ Gayle! I love making different kinds of snippet rolls or strips! So nice to see how u use your scraps. Inspires me to take a paper break and “ back to the sewing 🧵 machine “.Hugs 🐱💕💕💕
Great project! Your snippets are beautiful! Tyfs 💗
Thanks so much Gayle, just what I need for some belly bands for a new journal. Love your work, you are a star and a tonic for me whilst still in blooming lockdown! Hugs from South Africa 🇿🇦💫
I was laughing as you saved that tiny little bit of lace. That's me. I am a tiny bit of everything hoarder. Is there a support group for this behavior.😉💕
LoL!!
My life motto is Tiny Things Are Cute! Therefore they must all be saved. And there is actually a store online with that name, and they have many tiny cute things!!
Maria, this is the group! It goes a little like Hi I’m Donna and I am a hoarder. And I make beautiful things!
Happy Scrappy - have a great weekend - Hugs.
When I make lace snippets I run them through the copy machine, they make great collage papers. Love yours !!!
Good idea
I am sewing along with you. Love all the ideas. Thank you! And I love Anita’s idea too.
That is a great idea.
These are so nice to add into journals and you use up your material scraps too. Yes, it does help in practicing with sewing. TYFS..👍🌞
Thank you for shouting me out! You're such a sweet lady. I always love watching you craft. Loved this scrappy saturday session. Great craft with me video as always. Thanks for sharing with us!
Happy scrappy Saturday- love snippet rolls
Good morning! Beautiful laces! Thanks for sharing! Blessings 💕!
Love the one with the strips of fabric and a couple strips of lace💖 I am grateful for you and all the time you put forth to share your gifts and kindness💕🐬weekend hugs
Hi Gayle, love Scrappy Saturday! Love what you are doing with the snippets.
Another inspirational day with you ,,,tyvm
Hugs. Maggie. ❤️🤗🇨🇦❤️
These are all beautiful Gayle. I especially love the lace one. So much fun! Thank you for sharing. xx
I made a bunch of them using tiny bits of hankies on top. Then I used them for pockets. Oh good grief that pink one is truly gorgeous, Gayle.
Oh my goodness Gayle!! I watched Niks a long time ago and it was the most funny ones I watched. That is so me IT would need to have the journal open to that page and have it on the coffee table!!
This was really a great video. I have never seen the second one you made. It is a great idea. My favorite one was the lace one because that is my style. I will be giving them all a try. TFS
Time flies when you are having fun! I love this project. I need to start making my snippets again, i have so many fabric pieces!
Gayle, good morning my dear friend. Another scrappy Saturday yay 😀 I hope you are enjoying your weekend.
Hugs 🤗
Your friend Cindy from a small town in Northern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
❤️❤️❤️
This turned out so cute I think the Nik the Booksmith method is the most up my alley since I’m not a frilly lacy person. I do have lace now because I’ve picked it up at estate sales and thrift stores but when I started this over a year ago I had maybe four little pieces of lace. I think that one should have been a journal cover instead of being cut up. Hummmm, ideas! 💡
Good Morning Gayle! Love the scrappy Saturdays!
Awesome video Gayle! As I glance up at my shelf unit with medium size tubs of fabric from top to bottom.
This was such a fun, inspiring, informative snippet of You Tube Yumminess Gayle. !
Actually I did enjoy this so much. I got so many great ideas from watching what you did. Thank you very much.
Thank you Gayle for this, learnt a lot. your such a great teacher. enjoy the rest of your weekend, xxxx
Great demo Gayle! It’s fun to see a choice of construction methods and what you can do with them. 👍❤️
Thank you for this tutorial. I am just thinking about getting into snippets so this was very timely. Take care.
Can hardly wait to make these, they are so cute Gayle! Since I’m a long time sewer, I have to admit I have way more fabric than paper!😬Off to the sewing room!😄🥰🇨🇦
Oh dear not again. I’m almost crying!!! I said, got any pink - peach lace in that box 😂😂😂 John said of course!! She have some kind of earpiece 🤣🤣🤣 I’m so sorry, Gayle. I’m so sorry for being so chatty and have the giggles. He can’t even go to another room he’s driving 🤣
Enjoyed the video. I have not yet made a snippet roll. Need to get one done. Have a blessed beautiful day.
Can’t wait to see this one! I love lace and pretty bits.❤️
Good Morning Gayle, thank you for giving such informative and fun videos.
Good morning, Gayle! I love the scarppy Saturday and so exciting to see snippets. I so enjoy creating these.
Love these snippet rolls. The lace one is just absolutely beautiful!
Really enjoyed seeing you sew, . I sewed my finger when I was 7 yrs old on my Christmas gift a very small vintage hand sewing machine, that my explain why I don’t machine very much lol
These are so pretty!
This so very helpful. Because this is what I have been working on. So thank you for this.
I am trying to keep up with you. I'm just beginning to make the journals. Your work is so pretty!❤️
This is such a cool way of creating three different snippet rolls. I really enjoyed this and will make some this afternoon. Thank you, Gayle!
Beautiful...Tks for sharing.
I will definitely make some of these.
I love this idea Gayle! When I’m off next I will have to give a try! 🌸💞
You always make it look so easy!! I love how these turned out. I saw a beautiful journal cover with the second one you made! So much fun thanks for sharing these idea's. Have an awesome weekend 💜
Good morning Gayle 💜 👏 Scrappy Saturday Snippets!
Soo beautiful! Thank you for the Video!
I'm a long time quilter Gayle so this is right up my alley!
Even the bits need a home! You're so funny.
Gayle, this was so helpful! Snippets have been kind of a mystery to me, so this halps a lot. I think I like Nik's method the best but it's good to have options, too! Great idea to bring them all together! You Rule!!
Loved this, I need to practice sewing x
Good morning, Gayle! So ready for scrappy Saturday!
I did enjoy this video. It’s very much out of my comfort zone. But you make it look so easy and fun. Thank you❤️❤️❤️
I’m a quilter so saving every scrap is in my DNA ! Love these snippets. I make mine on a muslin base. But covering with lace is pretty.
Woo hoo! Gayle time (and no papers to grade today!) "she says and then she doesn't..." I laughed. I can so relate. Those little bits are pure gold! PS, please, oh please, tell me that the combined strips "snippet" is going to be a journal cover?! Because, that, my friend, is gorgeous!
Great tips for my arsenal! Thank you
Just lovely Gail!
Thank's for sharing! Enjoy your day!
I love these! I have quite a bit of the wide lace and can never figure out what to do with it, this is a great use. Thank you. I'll have to go back and rewatch Nik's video. I thought for her down and dirty method she used a fusible? or something similar not sure what it's called I just remember her ironing.
I'm off to give this a try and work on my Bee journals!
These are all awesome. Tfs Gayle.
Thank you for these different methods
Thanks Gayle these are gorgeous 💕. And I’m off to do some, lol.
These fabric snippets are really pretty Gayle , and I love how easy you make it look...🤗 I haven’t tried making them yet, I find it real intimidating, and I just have a hard time with layering, lol. Happy Saturday 💕
And yet you do lovely layering on your hearts and butterflies, my friend! ❤️
Gayle Agostinelli awe,thank you 💕💕💕🦋🦋🦋
So much fun! Thanks for shating! ♥️
Hi Gayle, great video. Loved all the snippet ideas. Still positive but feeling somewhat like myself again, going on week 4, I am so ready to go back to work and be around people again. Lots of Love and Hugs. Angela

THANK YOU!!!!! LOVE YOUR TURORIAL VIDS
These look like fun. Thanks!
It’s “collaging” with fabric... well, I call it. I’m thinking that it’s Tina that says, I’ll audition it first, and see how it looks. I love it💕
Gorgeous fabrics. I can never find any vintage looking fabrics
So gorgeous!!!💚💕❤
Love this video! I'm inspired!
Love these!!! Very inspiring :)
Thank you for sharing love this x
