Wow ! One of the best actors. I met Nana Patekar in Pune in 1998. He was at a hotel (restaurant) and we heard about it and we rushed there. The hotel belonged to a friend of Nana ji and they were having lunch. We went in and asked Nana ji for autograph. He signed autograph on my diary book. My friend was so scared of Nana ji, he was stepping back behind me. Nana greeted him and signed his autograph too. Such a humble guy. Salute Sir !

Nana Patekar is a very honest person because out of his 100% profit after every film he donates his 70% income to the children who are orphan and all the widow and also the poor people living in the street and he himself keeps only the 30% income and lives in his father's 2 room apartment.
