Yes it is suppose to show your real level

You can’t onless you really have those calling cards or if someone that has them puts them in the showcase and dupes it to your account

No you can only use those calling cards with those saves but it doesn’t unlock them on your account

Go on a account that has the calling card that you want start bo4 wait a few seconds and switch account to the account you want it on then just go on bo4 and it should be there and if its not then try again (this only works for all calling cards except the main general calling cards such as ambassador and all the rare ones)
