This was a real good eye opener for me. I like the way the detailed learning and Assessment is performed. The what, the who, the why and how. Finding the source of the problem, to evaluating a solution toward the problem. After the person reasons with their own problems and thoughts to that will re-enforce effective change. YES!

    Four Stages:
    1. Building the relationship
    2. Assessment
    3. Intervention or Insight
    4. Reorientation

The lecturer is very intelligent but very cold and tough. I cannot build a rapport with her.

For example: how to cultivate social interests and tame negative emotions?

Is it possible to heal yourself by using Adlerian Therapy?

why there is no great therapist who does not charge any fee? When you pay money to someone, you do not trust them or respect them. I'm willing to pay when I am healed not before.

You pay a doctor even if they fail to help you. You pay for dinner at a restaurant even if it turns out the food is not to your taste. You pay for a book even if you end up hating it after reading it. What you can do is do good research before choosing a therapist and try 1-3 sessions to see for yourself if you believe they can help you. It's what we do with everything other service, if we don't like it we leave but we do pay for it.

@@mp-pl8rw but reiki declared that the healing power is from divine. If you receive it free, you shall give it free. That's Bible said. Either it is from divine and shall be free or it is from men and shall be paid.
so many therapists use the mysterious power to fool people. If they do not use the name of divine, I have no ground to oppose paying.
Plus this youtube says FREE REIKI TRAINING AND CERTIFICATE and then ask a secret life-time payment. I must ask the question to get people attention.

@@Say-You-Say-Me-Say-We-Together this isn't a video about reiki, it's a video about adlerian psychotherapy. Psychotherapists in no way claim to heal in the name of the divine.

+AGSMNLibrary I'm working on my bachelor's, but would defiantly consider going to whatever school she's located.

You said defiantly when you meant to say definitely.
      Interesting "mistake."
