Although the talents hate waking up early, you do see the transformation towards the end. They are more awake and alert. The good thing about waking early, you get to do more stuff. I used to wake up at 530am with my family and walked to botanical gardens and eat breakfast there. The air was amazing and you will feel good. After that you will realise it is still early and more could be accomplished. 👍👍👍
Whether I sleep 8 hours during the day or you sleep 8 hours at night, we both have 16 hours in which to accomplish things. Studies have shown that night owls tend to possess the ability to focus more deeply and for longer periods of time. So save the preaching.
@@jms9057 The thing is the human body recuperate at certain hours of the day and that is biological. Night owls tend to look older and have poorer health.

I wake up at 6AM to go to the gym, and go back to bed at 9AM on the weekends HAHA

Every workday I have to be up at 430am to go to work. When you are up that early, you can just be alone with the noises block and just be in the zone and be yourself without distractions. To be honest you’ll find that you get things done very productively.
Sangee should visit carpark 2 or 5 at Changi beach to spot planes on approach. My favourite spot!
oh~, leah stays in the west? that cafe is coexist cafe in hillview, really good food~. watching this vid makes me miss the times I used to wake up at 6 to go for runs before work. the lack of motivation is strong esp when I tend to sleep so late (like leah's timing kind) =X

I wake up at 5.45am on weekdays and wake up at 8am on weekends

I've been waking up at 6am for about 4 years now. It's great. Feels more productive. I sleep on average 4-5 hours.

6am for a week and the very first thing l'd do is to vacuum the house making sure it's sparkly clean (especially outside the door of my parents' room so mom understands my pain when she vacuums and l cling on to the sweet dream l refuse to let go of)
