Get Aluminium scrap metal and put it in a metallic bucket and heat it at a constant temperature until it is in a molten state. Then make your saucepan mound using sand mixed with some little clay. Use a pipe to leave an outlet which you will use to pour in the molten Aluminium. Most of the scrap metal is got from engine parts. Pour in aluminum which is in liquid form. Within a few minutes it will have expanded in the space to the shape of your pot or saucepan mound. After remove from mound your formed saucepans and give them the final touches of cleaning them and cutting off the extra bits.
