No problem! The mobile POS is the Square app, once you add your items to the Square items on the desktop dashboard everything syncs across.
The Square App can be used across mobile phones and tablets which turns it "mobile".

I cannot get through to Square's customer service phone number to save my life! We have multiple employees ringing up customers and is there a way for each employee to get their own tip ringing up that customer? I cannot locate any info on that. I would think there would be an employee login to start that transaction, ring up the customer and get that tip, then log out so the next employee can login and ring up their employee and get that tip. Is this possible with Square?

Square has updated this where on the team paid plan you can automatically split tips. Originally it was only a way to collect and manually figure out the team members tips

If they are 1099 contractors you will pay the $6 per contractor a month and for W2 employees it is $35/month + $6 per employee. For the Team management with advanced features for POS and tracking is $35/month per location

Pointless square POS doesn’t even require any pin when people open the App ? How do we activate that ? Without them actually having to sign in to anything upon opening the square pos it defeats the purpose

When you add a team member you will create a pin for them on the POS system then you will need to “turn on” passcodes in the POS
