It is an interesting architecture style! Is it the only style, that was largely influenced by Native American architecture?

Santa Fe architecture, is nothing else but Mexico’s ancient Adobe Casas. They exist all over in the northern states like Chihuahua and others. It’s not American.

Excuse you? The ancient ruins you speak of are from the ancient Mogollon culture that were found not just in what is now Chihuahua but also Sonora, Arizona, and New Mexico and the mogollons ended in 1450CE, before Mexico even existed. And the mogollon ruins look nothing like the adobe houses that are built in New Mexico because they aren’t based off of them. They’re based off of my peoples buildings that we continue to build today, the Pueblo people. I’m Tewa and Tiwa Pueblo and my villages are literally older than both Mexico and the US. Stop imposing settler colonial governments that have absolutely nothing to with our pre colonial history on Indigenas and our culture which you clearly know nothing about. Our accomplishments and creations do not belong to Mexico or the US or any other colonial government that occupies our lands.

you know, I love Architecture, it's so utilitarian. However, strolling around looking for little knick-knacks that you just have to have, while there is so much injustice and unnecessary misery and suffering in the world, just doesn't strike me as being all that productive, or progressive, in nature.
If you think being the example of someone who manages to live well amidst (and despite) all the chaos and divisiveness that exists, is a worthy endeavor; then take a picture of it, and send it to someone who doesn't even know where their next meal is coming from.
And they'll probably wish that they could be just like you. Because that's what people do, they copy or mimic everything they see. And they dream of better days to come. WWJD.
