This is my review of the Speediance Gym Monster. By way of introduction. I am a nobody. Speediance has no idea who I am. I bought this machine with my own money therefore this review is completely unbiased. On a personal note I have never had a consistent regimen for upper body training but I run. A lot. Whenever anyone talks about training or working out I always joke that every day is leg day. I work a full time job. I have a wife and kids. What I don’t have is time and what I needed was a way to work my upper body. So this was where I landed.

Thanks for the review. I have had a speediance for almost a year with no issues and love the constant software upgrades. Hope you enjoy it. BTW they do have padded extenders which keep the wire off your arms when you do overhead press movements.

Live in Sweden and here it costs about 4000$, hopefully it will be more affordable in the future. Would love to have one.

Get the extension belts to help with the cable rubbing/irritating. They are life changing and come with clips that will allow you to use your own accessories as well. Great review, I own one and agree with everything you said!

Great review, hard to find a really unbiased review where someone didn't get it for free or had a promo code to share... I just got mine and the workouts have been really kicking my butt, my only complaint would be that I wished the accessories like handles, rowers were higher quality, the main machine is really good so its a bit let down by the accessories.
I haven't had any big issues with the accessories but they are definitely not the highest quality.

I wish I had the incline bench! But the screen size is great as is.
Is the Resistance feel synthetic like bowflex type or dose it feel more like cable machines

Shame it's not cheaper i would of definatly bought one. But they are asking $4,000 AUD which is insane.
I wish it was cheaper too! It all comes down to what you value. For me it was 1. Time 2. Space 3. Effectiveness so it ended out being worth it to me.
