I was at the end point at this time as I loved Phillip and Beth together and wanted them to have their happily ever after. Then the writers decided that it would be more interesting for Beth to be with that annoying Lujack character and after they got together Beth was always trying to downplay her love for Phillip saying "it wasnt real love" . Phillip made a mistake by deciding to marry Mindy instead of just taking responsibility and being in the childs life but to say their love wasnt real when she had literally been about to walk down ths aisle to him was just too much to accept. I stopped watching not too long after the Beth/Lujack got going.
I was so young then but I definitely remember Beth and Lujack
Me Too! I was about 10 or 11 My earliest memories of guiding light were with Beth and lujack together
The irony is, that LuJack turned out to be a Spaulding!
Yep 😂😂
Who would have guessed back then that Beth would someday have Alan's baby? *shudder*
I never realized when I was watching just how yuck these stories were. Beth and Alan end up together. YUCK !
