There is no way cruising is 33 probably you mean max speed cruising arround 27 we have those in Greece as flying cat 5-6.You might be right though .. if someone cruises them at 33 is a big mistake which is impossible to achieve max speed due to passenger weigh and fuel but they will face problems to engine lifespan and to fuel as well
