45 years ago when I became a Christian, I never thought I would see the day when adult Christians would have to be reminded that only God can speak things into existence. I also never thought I would have to tell other Christians that cows aren’t really driving tractors in Heaven as Kat Kerr preaches. May God have mercy on us all.
Isn't it amazing to KNOW you are saved? All I have to do is think of that and I am reminded how rich we are. I weep daily for my gratefulness. My cup runneth over.
I ask The Lord to have Mercy on the people that buy into this VERY, QUITE SIMPLY, WICKED GARBAGE. What I don't understand is how can ANYONE who reads the Bible or doesn't, can actually believe it!!! It really blows mind.

Justin just want to tell you that i am a Pentecostal and have been in this crazy charismatic thing a long time, then a few years ago things just started to not make sense, so i dug into the scripture as deep as my education and knowledge would let me go. God started to open this old country boys eyes and He led me to your ministry, well on you tube, and I have followed you a lot. I want to thank you for your dedication and faithfulness, because I needed this, I seen the very things you taught about but was not able to boldly speak out and I still don't much, I have been called every name a heretic hunter, judgmental, critical, backslider, you name it, and have lost some folks I really love, But Jesus has kept me through all of it. So thank you sir and just know that I am praying for you and lifting you up before the Lord daily. I met Justin at ShepCon a couple of years ago and asked if he heard of folks who would see his videos and be changed by his teaching (and by the Holy Spirit). My Mom is still stuck in these these things and I pray one day that she’ll see it! She loves Jesus, reads her Bible daily, but follows many of the men that Justin speaks of (especially Kenneth Copeland).

I became a christian a little over 20 years ago and been through the pentecostal charismatic movement - until I watched a video by reformedwiki and then Justin Peters. I had already issues with Bethel and Elevation church and this all confirmed my suspicions. I read the bible from beginning to end and became completely reformed - all thanks to God and faithful servants like Justin Peters, John MacArthur, Voddie Baucham and Paul Washer. I watched RC Sproul and many others and now I can't even believe I ever watched TBN either. Thank you Jesus for rescuing me from the goats. 💜🙏✝️

The church has been guilty of telling people not to read Scripture. Yes, it wasn't largely available for 1500 years after the apostles wrote, but today there's no excuse. Praise God for your "reformation."

2 Corinthians 12:6-10. My Pastor and friend died a few years ago at the age of 68 years old. He was a Charismatic. He was shot at 27 years old in the Watts riot, and spent from 27 years old to 68 years old in a wheel chair. There are reasons God does not always heal, even those that believe in healing, like Smith Wigglesworth who explained this as to why he needed to wear reading glasses when older. Not every Charismatic is like this Squirrel, Bobby Connor, who I have never heard about before this video clip.
The Lord saved my family and me out of a Word of Faith church over three years ago. So glad to be out of this madness.
God bless you brother, I was heavily involved in the charismatic church in the UK. I always felt unloved by God due to the fact I was not gifted with the "miraculous" gifts that my peers were. Your ministry has been a breath of fresh air for me.
That is a very real by product of that kind of stuff for many of us Luke. I was around it for years, sitting in the congregation while a “ prophet” randomly calls people out with special words that only a select few receive, the leadership of the church elevating those that act the strangest while Bible emphasizing members are mostly left out of any involvement and you begin to think God doesn’t think very much of you since your not one of his elect (in this kind of environment.) I could go on and on. One of my memories that makes me laugh to this day was being skeptical and asking God if I’m wrong about this stuff please show me. We traveled to a very well known large church that had a world renowned “ revival “ guy guest speaking. We were standing in the packed front sections when he went by and “ imparted” or whatever he called it, and every single person in our section fell down shaking, howling, laughing, except two……my wife and I. I felt embarrassed standing there looking around ,the only two people, but I asked God if it’s him doing this stuff and I’m wrong please correct me and I believe he did show me….I wont fake it to go along with the pack as it were. I experienced absolutely nothing from this man’s time. That was in the nineties and that same man has crashed landed hard since then. This is just one example I could share. We got out and I’ve never been back to any of this stuff. When I brought up questions about this stuff to various church leaders all I ever received was the feeling that some thing was wrong with me in their eyes and was even told once I needed to go see a guy that charged 1500 bucks to get rid of the demons that kept God from moving in me like this. I’m very thankful I have witnessed God miraculously transform and set some free from terrible addictions etc, but not once was any of that at The command of another man. I witnessed God instantly sober up a family member that was an a
Alcoholic for years when they got on their knees and asked God to save them. They repented, and bowed to the lordship of Christ and never touched alcohol again. It was a miracle in my view and this nonsense is a distraction from the real power of the living God imo. Look up the Kundalini sprit and you will clearly see what God saved you from brother.
Amen. As a recovered alcoholic cannabis addict I can eccho that "miracle". I heard God's Word preached, (reformed ministry) for around 6 weeks and became a Christian. Many things changed, but about 2 months later, my eyes were opened to my sinful addictions. By God's grace, I stopped. No casting out, lightening zapping or such like, I simply repented and believed the gospel. That's what's needed.
Aww, you were not unloved and you know that now. It's sad that anyone would even feel like that because of that kind of teaching. There are many Gifts and we each have at least a couple. Have you found yours, yet?

I have been out of the Charismatic movement for 5 months and have never been happier and I am attending a good church that has a lot of bible in it we are doing weekly sermons on the book of Mark and singing bible based songs has been a joy to me. I am not suffering the pressure anymore like I used to have before in the Charismatic church to be a certain way and if I didn’t measure up according to them and felt like I didn’t fit the part that was it. In my new church I am so happy to hear the bible read every service all of it goes with what they are saying in the sermon and all gets put into context. When I was very young and my father passed away I was deceived by ‘heaven tourists’ like Jesse duplantis and it brought me false joy. That’s the importance of calling out these liars, so that people know there’s a difference between these charlatans and true children of God. It’s vulnerable people who are falling for this.

True story: A neighbor of mine's daughter, who is a medical tech, was travelling home after work when she witnessed a car accident. She called 911 and pulled over to assist. The driver of the car was injured but conscious and talking with her the whole time. While she was attending to the man and waiting for help to arrive, a second car pulled up with a woman she knew. My friend is a Christian and the second woman is a known charismatic (small town). The second woman came over and prayed for the man. 911 arrived and all was well. When my friend came home she saw, later that evening, a post from the second woman who claimed that when she arrived at the scene the man was dead and her prayer raised him. This was an out and out lie. My friend was there the whole time and knew that the man in the car never even lost consciousness. As her being a medical professional, I put a lot more credibility in her report. Why do they insist on doing such things?

My mom started speaking that "babble-d-gook tongues" while drunk one evening, to prove to me she had a direct pray line to God. Oh, I can say so much about this woman and this direct babble but I won't. It is hard having grace for the men that are doing this and the sheep that what the money blessings. I left the last church because they were Pentecostal and they had sick ideas....It didn't help that I'm an inquisitive person and ask loooooots of questions which they couldn't answer, so I wasn't a good fit in the end.

I once investigated HillSong, looking for a sermon. The nearest I found was a video of a leader there who read one verse of Mark's gospel, and then immediately went off on a long anecdote about himself and his exploits in South America. I gave up after 20 minutes.
However that does not sum up "charismatics". Just the crazy ones. There are many good ones that I know.

10 years ago I was going through a hard time with the most intense anxiety I had ever had. The people around me who were giving me answers were people that looking back I know were heavily influenced by the NAR movement. I am glad God protected me from being swallowed up by it. There are many people who are vulnerable who are deceived because they are in all kinds of pain, physical, emotional and spiritual. We need to make sure we are doing a good job of discipling those people so that they don't seek answers from dangerous places.

It reminds me of when David Wood challenged Muslims to find a single verse in the Quran that unequivocally states that the gospel has been corrupted, and in exchange, he would be down and recite the shahada on camera. Justin, i am a classic Pentecostal. I do not consider myself Charismatic or any of the fanatical sect. I would like to see you deal with traditional pentecostals doctrine and if you think they are heretics
I subscribe to this relevant question being my self a French bro elder in one of the French Assemblies of God…I like so much the passion Justin has for the Lord but I feel sorry when he denies the gifts of the HS being released today in the Church. This being said I fully agree with the fraud denounced here.
Justin, if I could speak anything into existence, it would be your healing, from the crown of your head, to the soles of your feet. As a dad who just loss his two oldest children within two months apart, I look into the Bible, at the book of Job, and I can see, God takes care of His Warrior's, who keeps his eyes on Jesus, not looking to the left or right, running the good race, and fighting the good fight Amen.

well if that were true i would not have severe rheumatoid arthritis and i would not have been homeless for a year
But never one time have i been mad at God
But if i could speak things into exsistence i would not have been homeless or sick
So that does not work
He got me through these things i now have my own place, still have arthritis but someday when get to Heaven i will have no more pain and sickness
I used to be non demonational when was teenager at one of the first non demonational churches - Church on the Rock in Rockwall Texas
I realize now charismastics they use music, yelling,lighting, to get people to go off of their emotions which you can never trust
But the people who took me there were actually really good Bible loving obedient christians so i guess if you are one of Gods chosen you will find Him no matter what

Speaking things into existence? Every Christian can do it - only yesterday, I said into a small black box, "two salami pizzas with extra olives please," and they were on our table in a few minutes. I know that these two pizzas had not existed before I spoke and came to exist only because I had spoken. 😀😀 I have never tried it with squirrels, though. 😃
