  • Join me on my first house viewing in Toronto. In episode 2 of my House hunting adventure series, I will show you the first condo I viewed in GTA, this time in Toronto's downtown area. It was an eye-opening experience. I found out that price listed is not the same as price sold, and many other things. I'll share with you my takeaways and give you 3 tips to make your house-viewing experience efficient and go smoothly! #condotour #torontorealestate #livingincanada

Are you also thinking of buying a house? What kind of property are you looking for (detached/semi-detached house/condo/townhouse)? ***Disclaimer: I am not a real estate agent, just sharing my experience hunting for a house, and I hope you enjoy it!

Spacious by condominium in downtown Toronto standards!!!

Also spacious compared to condos in Hongkong and some other countries. But well, tiny compared to what you could buy in many US cities.

This condo sold for $550,500. Asking prices are pretty much irrelevant in Toronto. Looks like a bad value considering high maintenance fees and barely any light in the room.

Those were also my considerations... a bit dim and depressing with low ceilings and crazy maintenance fees. I hope the new owner can make it somewhat comfortable though!

Hi, thank you for this video, really interesting. I live in Europe and I don't really understand what does it mean 1-bed Condo? Is it mean one room only or living room + 1 bedroom?

You can get a spacious 3 bedroom detached house in Windsor ON for around $400k.

That's true, if only that were possible in Toronto-or even at the borders of the GTA.

What do I get for $861/month maintenance fees? Foot massage and access to a spa?

Insane, people pay big money to live in shoe boxes.
