That one is really not even that bad. You just gotta remember how to arc each throw. The one in Can you hear me? is by far the worst IMO. Those stupid ass platforms drove me insane.
@@hugostiglitzracing866 Yeah, I basically had to figure out where to position the reticle for each one. I really didn't struggle too bad with any other ones. Actually, I think the only other one that I found annoying was the one where you drive through the checkmarks with the motorcycle.
@@MichaelPooPants I actually got that one on the first try (I play a lot of racing games lol). The wing suit challenge was a pain in the ass for me too. Almost as bad as those stupid platforms lol
Ghostrunner 2 platinum was WAAY harder than the first one. Kinda surprised its "uncommon" in psnprofilies, some challenges alone were pretty tricky and not mentioning the rouge.exe have some pretty tricky rooms, if you're lucky you will get "easy" rooms but with all that this isnt an easy plat by any means. Even if you have superman reflecses.
I love GR2 more than GR1 because it's so much more fair difficulty wise IMO, but I can see why the rogue.exe could make it much harder to get platinum. I didn't even bother with that after I saw how it worked. I beat the first level, tried the second, died quickly and gave up. It just seemed ridiculous to me. I would just about guarantee that's why the platinum is so uncommon as I'm not a bad player. I love this type of game and I even beat DOOM Eternal on Ultra Nightmare but that rogue.exe thing is just unacceptable IMO. I could grind it like I did Ultra Nightmare but I just don't have the time or patience for it. To me ghostrunner's the type of game where you're supposed to die a lot so having a mode where you have VERY limited lives just kills the fun for me.
@@hugostiglitzracing866roguerunner is actually pretty easy, just only focus on live levels and you’ll get to stage 5 with like 50 lives, even if you’re not the best you’ll win
Nah. Can anyone hear me is the worst challenge. I cannot stand those stupid platform things. They are so inconsistent and annoying. Once I beat it without any major mistakes I beat the gold by 18 seconds. That's how you know the dev's knew it was a garbage and unfair challenge when you have that much room for error. At least the barrel throwing one is consistent. It's just a matter of remember how to arc each throw.
Licking the wound took me the most tries cuz its a mechanic that's not used anywhere else ingame, so i see your point. But overall it didnt take me too long to figure out and was pretty cool once i got the hang of it. Like i got a 32 seconds run within like 5 minutes of practice EDIT: On PC though.. I can see how this is an absolute pain in the ass with a controller..
@@hugostiglitzracing866 Damn, fr? I did that one Gold first try. The barrel throwing was worse imo since it's not something you practice anywhere else in the game. Meanwhile the Can Anyone Hear Me Challenge was just platforming, so by that point in the game there's been enough time to practice.
@@km_nieves Not for me. Maybe it's something they patched since because I played it on day 1 and it was INSANELY inconsistent and unreliable to grab and stand on those platforms. I was honestly getting so mad. Also I played on PS5 because the game stutters on PC, and I play with controller anyways. There were times I literally had my crosshair on the platform, button prompt appeared, and then it somehow pulled another platform that was much further away, at the edge of my screen. It was so baffling to me but I swear to god that happened. Typically though ghostrunner just wouldn't climb the damn things, or they wouldn't let my grapple on right away. And this was while using my Dualsense edge with the grapple/platform button on one of my paddles so it's not even like there was a delay in me hitting the button. It's just specifically these platforms. The barrel thing took me maybe 5 minutes of attempts but I didn't mind it at all. It was a challenge but if you learned where to aim each one, it was just a matter of executing it. I LOVED the game, but man those platforms were infuriating IMO
@@hugostiglitzracing866 Idk I didn't see that in any of the patch notes but maybe they patched that then. I cleared the room of enemies before doing the challenge so I got to get a feel for those platforms prior to doing the challenge. So it was easy for me tbh, especially since I could just use Sensory Boost to make sure I properly landed on each platform. I also played it on PS5 and did so with a regular Dual Sense controller. I played the first game on PS4, so that's why I got the sequel on PS5 instead of PC. For the barrel challenge it also took me around 5-10 minutes, but it was still the most frustrating one for me, simply because we had to use that mechanic for that challenge only, and never used it again. I came to this vid to see the optimal order to hit all the barrels. While other challenges in the game may have been tighter on time for the Gold (I got all Gold Medals) they were using mechanics we were already used to so I did most of them in 1-5 tries. And yeah I also loved the game overall. I'd say it was comparable to the first game. I liked the gameplay more in the sequel, but liked the story more in the first game.
all of them are doable on the first playthrough so you dont *need* to do it on a rerun. BUT, you do have all your upgrades available, so if you do struggle at some, you can also leave them for later and come back with better equip
Im trying to complete the Elevator maintenance challenge. However, I hit the drones but Im not getting the Square button to grappel into them. Any idea why?

@@jmorgmate thanks man. I had Adrenaline Injector upgrade activated. That regenerates 40% stamina when killing an enemy but you cant gap jam enemies. I removed it and problem solved!!
