I used to do this but while cleaning one of the panes of glass it scattered everywhere. So never doing that again. Ill just clean with a paper towel and some water.

It’s not OCD. That’s a real disorder that takes over people’s lives. This is basic deep cleaning+ sanitation and at this level it’s just considered doing a great job…not obsessive. You could do it too. You just need some determination and a block of time, like 40 min to maybe 2 hr to do the whole fridge and your brain will reward you with some happy, feel-good chemicals like dopamine. Do it. I believe in you. Count down…3…2…1…GO! 💪🏼
