Water Birth Vlog! Big Brother Meets Baby For The First Time 💙

Delighted to welcome Orlando into the world. 💙
As I approached 42 weeks pregnant and my induction date, I spontaneously went into labour in the middle of the afternoon!
After timing my contractions at home for 30 minutes my sister drove me to the hospital to be assessed.
At my first assessment I was 4cm dilated.
When they checked me an hour and a half later I was 8cm dilated, so we went down to the delivery suite.
The midwives ran the water bath for me and at 10cm dilated I got into the water.
11 minutes later Orlando was born.💙
Aside from some gas and air I had an unmedicated vaginal water birth with delayed cord clamping, and immediate skin to skin.
Also in this vlog we share the moment that Isaac came into the hospital to meet his baby brother! 💙💙
