I remember this exact cartoon. I received a vhs tape with a bunch of old cartoons for Christmas. I used to watch this often. This bring back good memories.
"First we break one egg and I'm not yolking." "...and then just a bit of salt." Audrey grabs a huge handful. "HEY NOT SO MUCH!" "Now beat it!" Audrey dejectedly leaves. "Not you, the batter." Wish we had cooking instructors like that. XD Also, who puts mustard and pepper in a dessert? O.o

Her Harvey Comic was far more popular. It broke down ALOT of Racial Barriers during the 50s. Audrey in the comic has like over a dozen friends of different races and a Negro Love Interest named Jack.
Oh they were not always so innocent. Some had hidden meanings, that would have been too controversial to be discussed openly at that time. But yeah compared to shitty comics nowadays with a lot of glitter and flashes and idiotic characters they were much more valuable.
Actually some classic cartoons back in the old days also had a lot to do with politics and world war 1 and world war 2 so I really wouldn't say innocent for all of them
@@janedoex8345 I can clearly see some sexual innuendos in this episode, like her pose when she's told to get ready, break the egg im not joking, and beat it faster faster faster lol.
Interesting that this was made originally to show in movie theaters, then was released for TV showings later in the '50s and '60s, then got on videotape to be seen again in the '80s. And now it's on UA-cam. That's the progression of technology.
I remember watching this one a dvd that was like a collection of similar cartoons. It had a one about fishing, Betty Boop cartoon, and one about Donald Duck.

Don't worry. It's a common disease, and sometimes contagious, if one in a group shows acute symptoms, but not dangerous or even life threatening. It might hurt a bit from time to time though, but you'll be alright.
Hahaha awwww, this one was just too freaking cute. I love these older cartoons. I was never a real big fan of Little Aubrey but I did like some of the episodes especially this one. I also have this one on DVD. I bought a set of like 10 DVDs that's just all old cartoons such as Betty Boop, Herman and Katnip, Casper and friends, Little Aubrey, there's just a bunch of them on there and the weekend that I bought it, I ended up binge watching all of them and fell in love with them. These are such cute cartoons, I just can't believe that they allow so much violence and stuff in the older ones like putting a stick of dynamite under the cat to blow him up or making him fall to his death and seeing him as a ghost afterwards so you know that he killed him. But yeah, either way, I still really, really enjoy these cartoons. Thank you for uploading and sharing this.
Dang. Back in the day, this felt like it was 40 minutes long or more. Crazy how your perception of time changes when you grow up..

Oh my god YES. I looked at the time and was shocked that it was only 7 minutes.
I know what you mean, they did feel longer. Time perception and memory are funny fickle things.
