Glad someone mentioned it. I was wondering if there was maybe a story behind the mannequin? Does it have some meaning? It does look a little….different maybe? If I were a neighbor I would be a bit 😬😳🤨…but I guess they have no protective covenants against such things. If Anthony likes it then oh well to our thoughts about it.

WELL SAID. I have followed him since he cooked in his apt. Up to about 6 months ago this was a Beautiful community. FOA'S could discuss in the comments. Often with different points of view. The conversations were respectful. NOW you get instantly attracted! I have a home paid for but travel 2 weeks then go back home for two weeks. I have enjoyed Anthony very much. Sadly myself and 8 others I travel with have unsurcribed. The final straw was yesterday. The way I was attacked in the comments. This channel has VERY LOW VIBE people now. That's why the channel never went over 100k. I wish Anthony well. This place is no longer a chill channel to enjoy. Truly sad.

The other residents are not usually a problem as everyone just wants to live & let live. It's jealous visitors that cause a problem. I used to live in a pretty nice RV park in Port Orange. Things were secure until they weren't. I agree I'd cover them up or lock them up if it's anything that you can't easily replace so it doesn't walk away or get damaged by bad weather. 0:00

Anthony here is a thought for you. Keep the box that the table is in, put it in your garage. That way in the winter if you need to put it back in the box to store it you can . And for the inside of your garage if your idea does not work, you can use shower curtains. Good job!❤❤❤❤
I'm not a member like you but I love❤ Anthony just as much( I just don't have the extra funds) but I had to say great minds think alike but I was wondering if he does use the shower curtains would the double sided tape to make sure that rain doesn't get in there or should he use velcro on the curtain and the sides of the wall which would work better that's the one thing I didn't know so which one do you think

I was just thinking expense wise it's a good idea, seeing the facts that the goal is to keep everything inside dry. And just for me, I wouldn't want people seeing what I have inside. You had me confused. I was speaking about the outdoor screen area that he has . He said he had some kind of tarp that he was going to try to line the inside of it with, to keep his stuff in there from getting wet. So I said if that didn't work, because the plastic is a little heavier, maybe he can try shower curtains instead.

Anthony, you asked us what we think ...the table & chair is beautiful ( without the net), but you already have a canopy with a nice chair underneath. Your items are going to be damaged inside the shed. Can you store your stuff in your trunk & underneath the RV; the Florida weather is cruel. Keep the boxes for what you may decide to return. Anthony, please put the mannequin away, it's not appropriate especially the way he's dressed. Save your $$$$ for the land you want to buy. Wishing you all the best.

You can use the block pavers from Home Depot or Lowe's, Walmart sells them too, to build a patio and set your table and chairs on it. You can always move them if you don't like the position. I built a really nice patio area with the same type that you have in your walkway ❤

I really like the way you have things coming together. Not sure if anyone else has given this idea. Running a chain thru the chair bottoms and table and adding a cinder block will help to stabilize the items from the wind. The net kinda reminds me of a carousel which adds a really cozy touch to the patio set. 😃

For the things you have stored in the screen room, elevate them off the ground so they won’t get wet from beneath when it rains, especially the cushions.
Anthony be ready to run because this is Florida known for hurricanes and tornadoes and you’ll have lots to take down and store should one pop up. Also have a storage near by to take all your items.

Anthony, that plastic piece you took off the hole in the table is very necessary to protect your glass tabletop. Keeps the metal pole from hitting the edges of the glass as the wind will move it around! Fyi, I like the table and chairs on your deck. Looks nice, but my OCD would require the netting to be squared off equally on both sides.😀
You need to get a pergola and bolted it to the deck. Will give you shade and a designated area to cook, BBQ, that is covered. You can add drapes on all four sides that can be opened and closed at will. Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s all have them. More structured living space. Put a furniture set under it, couch, fire pit. Whatever. The main point, shade, protection from the rain. It’s like an extra room.

Decor feedback: Mannequin placed on front of property is different, the red set is gorgeous, & great idea on the toilet paper holder. I think placing the red patio behind your trailer would be best. Just thinking when you have to exit vehicle, you chill on your deck and gazing out, space to bbq in the summer, etc. Basically dress up your backyard with patio/stuff and your front yard could be plants in huge colorful plantors, etc.

Remember it's still a camp ground , not a home site. The more u put, the more u raise your chances of theft. That screen tent is not good for storage. What will u do when hurricanes roll in. Is there security on the premises ??if not watch what your buying .

Have you ever been to a campground or seen permanent sites? Ppl make them comfy and decorate it as a home, because it is indeed his homebase! Folks have $100k-$200k RV's in this site, do you think they're worried about stealing his patio set? Do you have a patio at your home? Are you worried about your neighbors?

Hey Anthony! I think you should put the umbrella in the back and free up the space on your deck. Another suggestion would be to put those pavers under it, I think that would be really cute! Just a suggestion but your space is coming along nicely! Love it ❤
Anthony you need a base for the umbrella to sit in. You can get plastic one and fill it with water or sand so your umbrella won’t fly away. The base can also be iron.

Heh Anthony! Love the new table and chairs!! At first I thought I the deck would be best, but I agree that the screen could be more spread out if it was on the spot behind the trailer. You need a couple of long reclining loungers on the deck and move your table to the back Honestly, you could make it work either way, but I prefer shade and the spot in the back would give you that and more privacy. Regarding your screened in Storage area, I'm all about using what you got, for sure, but you need to get those things up on the ground even if you cover them. Find a few old wooden pallets or something because even if they are covered, the water will get underneath and ruin everything. Have fun! Hugs from NE Ohio.
