- This is my third video on brain boosting fun indoor activites.I tried my level best to help parents involve their child in activites to boost there brain in a funny way.
Learning new things is one of the best ways to improve brain health.
The old adage “Use it or lose it” applies not only to our physical health but also to our cognitive health. We know that regular physical exercise is important, especially as we get older and want to reduce our risk of developing diseases and other health issues associated with aging. For instance, strength exercises can help build muscle and reduce the risk of osteoporosis; balance exercises can help prevent falls; and flexibility and stretching exercises can help maintain range of motion to stay limber, according to the National Institute on Aging.
Similarly, your brain's cognitive reserve - its ability to withstand neurological damage due to aging and other factors without showing signs of slowing or memory loss - can also benefit from exercise, both physical and cognitive. Just as weight workouts add lean muscle to your body and help you retain more muscle in your later years, researchers now believe that following a brain-healthy lifestyle and performing regular, targeted brain exercises can increase your brain’s cognitive reserve.

Nw thy r 2.8 yrs old. I tried this thermocol glass game ,sliding coin fm the slop n catching in bowl,jump fm one sheet n drag the other sheet fm the back n all..mamy activities as u shown in different videos...with them.bt I m not getting that required response as ur daughter does. Object catch fm the slop wala to bilkul nhi fata unko.. Where m I going wrong? Being 2.8 yr n premies hw much thy should know?

I am loving ur videos , my baby is 8 months old...She can crawl properly , she can stand with support...She can eat mashed food and eat banana on her own. What help I need is what foods can I give for healthy brain to her. Should I feed her or allow her to eat herself. What activities I can do with her. I tried giving curry leaves stick and she is able to remove it...what other activities r good till 1 year. Should I get flash cards now or wait...please help Maam...

Ma'am , my daughter is two year old now..the things you have shown in your channel..for example..putting colours in right place... I tried it with my baby...but she doesn't want to do what I want her to do....instead she does what she feels like doing...if I try her to do it...she starts crying and is becoming stubborn day by day...she looses interest in things very quickly... always wanting new thing pleas help Ma'am

All activities are very innovative. I like most the transparent glass one. But could you pls suggest something else instead of these glass actually sometimes a few children get distracted by sound of such glasses and they start to play with them and don't focuse on the task . Can I use thermacol glasses , although children will not be able to see the stickers on it. pls suggest.
