I think epic just removed the blue sniper to nerf the spawn rate of the snipers (cause blue rarity = high % to find him in a chest)
Also there is an npc like a version of oro that happens the same thing when u eliminate him a blue sniper
There is also one on the floating island that you can buy from the NPCs 👍
you can also get that at the mini location from the npc about north of reckless railways

first one is at the castle near darth vader
second is at the cementary
third is near where the marigold was
