Crazy good song and the music video destroyed me, as someone that went through the loss of a child (he was 2 months old) followed by the passing of my spouse couple years after, it brought all that turmoil back and weirdly gave me comfort. It's been 14 years but some wounds never fully heal, they just dull with time. Superb song and awesome discussion. You'll notice on a 2nd watch all the layers of the video, like him watching his life roll by on the big screen as he drove into the lake. Or how they met in the beginning (he's a piano teacher and she walks in to class) and how he burns the piano to get closure. Just great
