Schenkel said overflow crowds in Toledo, Ohio, testifying how popular bowling is in this Ohio city! Growing up in Toledo, they always said you received your first bowling ball at the Hospital right after you were born!
I agree with that person who asked Bo why he or she wasn't allowed to switch and use the other hand since that person is ambidextrous. I'm also an ambidextrous bowler. I have both a left-handed wrist splint and a right-handed wrist splint. In the early 1980s, I asked why the Bowling League wouldn't allow me to switch and bowl left-handed if my right was feeling a little sore or when it was more advantageous to bowl left-handed. We ambidextrous bowlers are very rare and I think that the Bowling Leagues are jealous of us.
@johnyurick8785 No, that's not true. There are plenty of left-handed bowlers and right-handed bowlers in the bowling 🎳 leagues so your statement is not logical. I know that you're trying to be funny, but I don't find your statement funny at all.
Imperial Lanes was awesome back in the day. Now it is a medical clinic. Wonder if you can still smell the cigarettes and stale beer? So many memories at Imperial growing up.
I absolutely agree. Chris, Bo and Co. were my jame growing up. I was a bowling fanatic from the late 70s to late 80s. I was tuned in every Saturday during the fall/winter.
They first stated this was the 28th edition of the PBA Nationals. Then Bo Burton said that the first PBA National Tournament was won in 1961 by Don Carter and paid 44k in total and this tournament is supposed to be in 1987. Something doesn't add up
Holman used to play mental games. It was his way of saying I don't need these four pins, and then he was going to try to strike out! He was always different!
I wonder if it was light glare off the plastic causing issues with the color keying and camera clarity. I’ve seen gaffers tape used to take the shine off of shiny surfaces for video production. It also looks like they’ve had to lower the white balance some. Probably had some lighting issues that day
" em leather moto chile" just wondering if anyone else is crying with laughter at the captioning trying to pronounce Amleto Monaceli's name[ i even misspelled it]😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂😂 Look around 6:34
@Louis Csanko. You're wrong. I watched the entire video from the beginning until the end and Amleto Monacelli's name was never misspelled or mispronounced. You obviously made that up.
Probably!!!!! The guy acting like a spoiled pretentious brat while losing the match……….. totally opposite of Petersen who won this tournament………. Great sportsmanship 🎳🎳🎳
Randy pedersen almost shot 300 in the semi final but he prevails in the title match when amleto monacelli left the 4 pin on his first shot in the tenth frame to win the PBA national championship
Unfortunately he continued his ways until this year when Tracy left him, he had life in the palm of his hand and chose to waste it by being a slave to his cocaine addition. It changes a persons personality and their not even aware of it

Complete opposite of how Ernie Schlegel reacted to Pederson.
Bowling will never be the same without Schenkel and Bo Burton announcing.
All of todays bowler are gays.

It’s not jealousy 🎃it’s about the way the oil is spread out over the alley surface and the officials don’t want the ambies messing it up 😂😂😂

Randy Pedersen and Amleto Monacelli have bowled some exciting matches
You have an unusual collection of commemorative platters.
Bowling paid more in 1987 than today.

It wasn’t the 28th anniversary of abc broadcasting 🥸🤓🤑
Would like to know more about what happened with Marshall in the 3rd frame. If he really asked for the approach to be wiped what was he upset about?
Holman used to play mental games. It was his way of saying I don't need these four pins, and then he was going to try to strike out! He was always different!
57:42 - "Let's go, Randy!" - "He's not up yet...."
The second and title matches were exciting and very close
Andrew Phillips the second match wasn’t close at all, a forty-seven pin difference isn’t close in bowling
@@douglasharris5216 Really? the only matches pedersen win win is when it is given to him. Ernie Schelgel schooled him royal 1995 tpc.

It's bugged me for years that!
It's blacked out on 23-24, 25-26, 27-28 but the rest are normal.

And lentil mona celli🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 At the intros in the very begining, this is how the captioning spelled his name.
Its Amleto Monacelli and the reason his name is unique and cool is because he's form Venezuelan!
