When I camp, I almost always have banana or apple and peanut butter for breakfast. I use part of a protein shake for creamer for my coffee. I have tuna, chicken, pepperoni and some portable veggies cucumbers, celery, carrots and a piece of fruit for lunch. I generally eat anything I want for dinner because the other 2 meals were good. I just don't like to cook but once a day.
