You don’t need to chop it up, you can just chop it in half, take out seeds and roast it at 350° for 45 min in the oven and the skin will fall off! A lot easier and more efficient!

My Mom always makes pumpkin pie when we have pumpkin and yes the pumpkin pie is made out of real pumpkin and it tastes very sweet and is healthy even tho i dont like pumpkins that much pumpkin pies just make me wanna eat pumpkin.

You can still make pie with a regular pumpkin, those pumpkins in the beginning of your video are pie pumpkins. They are darker and smaller.
