I believe, given the pretty high tourist traffic to Kenya, we are effectively utilizing the visa fee charges. Remember that we are surrounded by kick-ass competition like TZ, Rwanda, and UG (Not to mention South Africa, Botswana & Zambia). The true fight lies in securing international marketplace pricing for our natural resources and Kenyan-made products. I believe that doing so would give us much better leverage at the world-level negotiation table.

There is no American dream for the average person. Doctors, lawyers, engineers come to America and Canada to work the small jobs.

demonstrating intent to return is required in the uk this is something that is made clear when you search for a visa here, in africa botswana, seychelles, mauritius and nambibia are the exception to this rule and do not require a visa.
to demonstrate intent to return a letter of employment in your home country is usually sufficient

America and Europe countries are within their rights to use their discretionary powers to give or not to give us visa especially from the fact that African continents are not develop and their believes that they may not come back and so for now they give visas to the best of Africans.
My experience some time ago, was my wife a student in one Europe country was refused a US visa to attend a conference in one American state were she was invited to speak on her research.And just because she wanted to go with me and our daughter even when they know she has not completed her doctorate program,she was refused that opportunity. Despite they know there is no much difference between their country and where we were applying from.
