I get it with Tokyo Ghoul once you hit a certain level of monster you have no choice but to embrace it just sad that it has to come to that cause then you need to be put down.
Hey Xinx mind if i ask you something how can you avoid copyright strike for amvs cause i try upload one and it got immediately copyrighted.Anyways good amv.
+XTrinityRavenX To be honest it kind of varies, sometimes certain clips will just not get uploaded to youtube without being copyright claimed. On the other hand there are a couple things I tend to do:
The first thing I tend to do is to wait a week after the release of the episode I want to use e.g. Lets say an episode of Dragon Ball Super came out today, I will wait a week till uploading an amv with that episode in it, otherwise its likely the clip will get taken down for copyright as its so fresh.
The second thing I do is to make sure my clips are trimmed quite a bit e.g. In one of my past AMVs I had a one punch man scene that lasted quite a bit (say roughly 30 seconds) and didnt want to trim it too much because I felt it would ruin the amazing scene. Once I uploaded it to youtube though the entire amv was copyright claimed as it wasn't edited enough. So in short trim your scenes down by quite a lot (say roughly so it lasts 4 - 10 seconds). Like in this video at the very start (0:00) it only lasts 4 seconds before going onto the next anime/scene (0:04)
Summary:
-Wait a week till using a new episode
-Cut down scenes to roughly 4 - 10 seconds (can be even smaller if that's what your aiming for)
EDIT: Also make sure that you do not try monetize the videos.
