Few steps you should always follow after a break up no matter whatever anyone tells you : 1- Delete all the messages with the other person,text,pics etc . 2- remove them from any social media platform and u should not see any of their feeds or uploads . 3- make sure you keep ur self as busy as you could ( GYM , studies , a vecation possibly ) . 4- Try to control ur emotions and dont get in any quick relationship just to forget the one you just ended . 5- try to make a big change in your self ( new hair cut , different outfet style , whatever possible ) . 6- Always convince urself that there is someone out there that is better for u and will treat u the way u deserve . 7- Understand that feeling sad and down is just a part of the process and you should be able to express that through talking to a friend , crying , sleeping etc .. All in all you should hold your self together and believe that what’s coming is always better .

My mom is having a bad time with her toxic relationship.. she’s stuck and was crying about it the other day.. I hope she has this type of blessing after all the mess. Her boyfriend is just so messed up mentally.. he just messed with her all day everyday for years whether it’s by texting, calling, or whatever. He isolated her from everyone she knew. He’s trying to isolate my sister and I from coming over to see her because my mom lives with her boyfriend because she has no support from family at all. She’s never done anything wrong. She has absolutely no money because the people at her job won’t let her go up in positions but let’s everyone else go up even though she’s been there the longest, her car is falling apart, life is so bad for her. The definition of bad luck is what my mom is going through. LITERAL HELL 🔥... and I despise her boyfriend.. she just needs to get out because he’s considered a criminal and needs to be locked up.. I’ve talked to people about it that I trust and he’s a criminal.

The breakup video was actually the first video of yours I ever saw. I can relate to it so much. I was in the same situation, and people really don't understand how hard it can be to leave someone you love even if they treat you bad. Eventually you get to the point where you break down, it's inevitable. I think the message you are sending here is very important. You WILL make it through, you WILL be okay. Breakups won't kill you. It's okay to feel sad for as long as you need to but know that it's for the best and stay positive. Seeing how happy you are now is so nice to see.
I’m currently going through a divorce and this actually really helped me. I know a divorce is a little bit more of a big deal then just a boyfriend/girlfriend break up. But it still SUCKS either way. I have made some big goals for myself since filing for divorce and I know I can be a strong and independent individual. Whatever anyone is going through, you fucking got this. WE got this. Even though I’m going through what I am, I have someone else very special and genuine in my life. I can relate to it so much. I was in the same situation, and people really don't understand how hard it can be to leave someone you love even if they treat you bad. Eventually you get to the point where you break down, it's inevitable. I think the message you are sending here is very important. You WILL make it through, you WILL be okay. Breakups won't kill you. It's okay to feel sad for as long as you need to but know that it's for the best and stay positive. Seeing how happy you are now is so nice to see.
I’m currently going through a divorce and this actually really helped me. I know a divorce is a little bit more of a big deal then just a boyfriend/girlfriend break up. But it still SUCKS either way. I have made some big goals for myself since filing for divorce and I know I can be a strong and independent individual. Whatever anyone is going through, you fucking got this. WE got this. Even though I’m going through what I am, I have someone else very special and genuine in my life. Everything happens for a reason and the right person comes along very unexpectedly but it’s the right time...if that makes sense. Keep going, stay strong, and strive for better. ❤️

Your so strong and truly inspiring. This truly hit me hard. I was in a relationship a few years back and it was very abusive both mentally and physically and I didn’t know what to do so I stayed in the relationship. I eventually grew a pair and ended the relationship. Fast forward to now I am in a relationship with the most amazing man he motivates me to become better and stronger every day. I am still trying to find myself to this day and I hope I truly can after all the abusive mentally and physically. Thank you for being you 💕

Very proud of u. I remember this post because this is how I found ur channel. It came onto my recommended I was also dealing with a break up of 10 years by being cheated on. It almost ended my life. I still struggle to this day and I work with her still. I was cheated on so much u begin to question your self worth. I found my relationship didnt seem as important to some ppl because I'm a lesbian and some dont feel it's even a valid way to be. But it was 10 years and it hurts so bad.
