Would love to be on your show one day to talk about what our education system doesn't teach us about money. I learned too late but now I know and I cannot seem to warn those not yet hit hard by their ignorance before what happened to me happens to them. We have been introduced to such an amazing new wealth building system designed for the masses and the majority of people foolishly pass on this amazing system and opportunity. It is so amazing that often my comments are blocked from being posted in videos such as this. If I post certain things it will be blocked. If not, my comments are usually buried deep within the comments so not many people see them. I will be surprised if the "Rich Dad" channel monitors get alerted of this comment. I like to test these theories.
I appreciate your post here on youtube . I learned something new -U6 ! I even have my 6 yr old daughter listen in the car as I drop her off at summer camp daily . Thank you for real life knowledge ! Thank you for creating an opportunity to be aware to be aware . Awesoome !
Love the information on here, but it would be nice if there wasn't breaks so the conversation could happen more organically and less feel less structured. Cutting people off on their thoughts interrupts my process of what being said.
My favorite stocks are business development companies and real estate investment trusts (REITS)I like a stock with a price to earnings of 10 or less, price to book of 1.2 or less and a debt to equity of 1 or less. A business development company or REIT that has first dibs on the assets of the loan are the best type of loans to hold. If the dividends are greater than 10% the REIT BDC usually has to feed on itself to pay the dividend, causing a decline in the stock price to pay the dividend. I hold ARI,GAIN, and GLOP. I think that a stock that has a P/E of 10, P/B of 1, or less and a debt to equity of 1 or less will not suffer much in a stock market downturn. I don't buy stocks that pay a dividend of less than 7%. The intelligent investor by Benjamin Graham has really given me wisdom in investing. In a low interest rate environment be a money lender through a REIT or BDC. I don't have the time or wisdom or experience to invest in real estate, being a full time worker.
The comment about MSFT between the years of 2000-2016 is incorrect. You would have at least doubled your funds as the stock went through a split in this period of time to maintain the same per share price.
Robert!!! What can I do when the crash happens next? I'm already struggling to get out of the "rat race" but I really don't know what I'm doing yet. It's still all trial and error for me..
Brett, trial and error is how it begins so you are on the correct path. I am happy to hear you are leaving your comfort zone. I have other UA-cam videos that answer you questions and if you need further information you can visit my website www.richdad.com/

I love you Robert, but I feel that you're losing your patience lately... a part of education is the relation with your students... and to your guests, too...

Well said! I’m with your opinion. Like the Bible saying that: “Be careful of false prophet.”
This is a masterpiece of a interview. Powerful!🤗

Robert kiyosaki is a wise man when it come real estate

It's never to late! Keep it up.
Wow rich or wealth was unliked very interesting =/
sir the subtitles are not correct...they often tend to miss spell...make sure you fix this.
Hello Pratik, the subtitles are automated by UA-cam not by me but I will look into this and see what I can do to fix it.
So I like RObert but is his whole life purpose NOT to pay taxes? That is his mantra
This interview tough to listen especially at the 22nd min. Can Robert just let the interviewee speak
I love you Robert, but I feel that you're losing your patience lately... a part of education is the relation with your students... and to your guests, too...
i don't agree with you, chad. Robert is my mentor.
chad haire You must be one of those NSA government trolls. Robert Kiyosaki teaches common sense things like the fact that gold is money.
chad haire Well actually you'd be surprised how many "idiots" don't know that gold is money, so again, bravo Robert Kiyosaki for stating the obvious.
i didn't find your video and i'm not very interested in John t Reed neither
54:13 Who's your daddy lmao!!!
💲
Uncle Rob must have had an argument with misses today. seemed in a diff mood. but like always video was highly informal
where'd you get that information?
Love his interviews, but don't like how he cuts his guests off. Sometimes you gotta let them make their point without interruption.
How many days is he going to repeat himself, okay any new news
Why have guests to your show if you don't let them finish not one single thought ?
Pathetic !!!
