    Reminds me of my highschool days in Zamboanga City. This was a weekly dish on my Aunt's dining table with pork pata pressure cooked with a chunk of salt pork and kidney beans . Plus fried fish , sautéed kangkong and fried rice to complete the pairings.

    as much as Id like your printed cookbook, ang kaso mas naiintihan ko kapag video. Sa abroad, walang nanay, ate, asawa, etc na magluluto for you.... at laking tulong ng mga cooking vids mo sa aming mga OFW. Hindi klangan ng lutong matrabaho kc busy kami. At tumpak na tumpak mga SIMPOL COOKING STYLE MO. WALANG HANGANG SALAMT PO.

    Thank you chef, but just to be clear, this is not Spanish fabada whatsoever. Chorizo Bilbao is not Spanish, but Filipino. A traditional fabada is made with chorizo, morcilla & pancetta. Spanish fabada does not have onion, garlic, Patis, tomatoes, bay leaves, or tomato sauce. 😅
